Mushima Leadership Camp Diaries πŸ“Έ πŸ“Έ

The spirit of sacrifice and commitment by youths of Mushima District is worth emulating by other youths of the North-Western Zambia Conference.
Youths travelled approximately 30-50 kilometers just to attend the leadership camp. Most of them travelled by foot, others used oxcart, bicycles and motorcycles to make sure they come and acquired the knowledge.
On the day of decamping, the youth director had an interaction with some youths who came from Matampa and Kamoyo churches. They told him that, the time that they started off which was 08:00, they will reach around 17:00 if they're walking fast.

This is a true sacrifice for the work of God.

Region D Leadership Camp visit by Conference officials

The conference vice chair, Secretary, parliament and brother Kasoka visited Kasempa leadership camp at night and appreciated the organisation, challenges and efforts made so far..
The attendance is overwhelming which shows that young people in North-Western Zambia Conference are ready to learn and be equipped.
Kudos to leadership of these three districts (Mufumbwe, Kasempa South and Kasempa North)

Official Opening of the Region E Pathfinder Camporee – Mumbeji

The Region E Pathfinder Camporee was officially opened in Mumbeji in a ceremony marked by inspiration, unity, and purpose. The event brought together Pathfinders from across the region for a period of spiritual growth, skill development, and fellowship.

Gracing the occasion as Guest of Honor was MG Hantobolo Alvin, who represented the Youth Director, MG/PR Sambongo E. In his keynote address, MG Hantobolo Alvin warmly welcomed the campers and commended them for their dedication to the Pathfinder movement. He encouraged the youth to fully engage in the activities of the camporee and reminded them of the core reasons for gathering β€” to strengthen their relationship with God, develop leadership and life skills, build lasting friendships, and learn the value of service and discipline.

He further emphasized that camps such as this play a vital role in shaping the character of young people, equipping them to face life’s challenges with faith, integrity, and resilience. His message challenged every Pathfinder to use the camporee as an opportunity for personal growth and spiritual renewal.

The camporee is being hosted under the leadership of the Regional Coordinator, MG Mark Chile, whose team has worked diligently to ensure a well organized and impactful program for all participants.

The official opening set a strong tone for the days ahead, with Pathfinders looking forward to a meaningful camp experience filled with worship, training, recreation, and service.
