A MORNING PRAYER 🙏🌞
Good morning, Lord.
Thank You for giving us another day. Thank You for the gift of life, for another chance to wake up, breathe, and begin again.
As we start this morning, Lord we bring everything to You -our plans, our worries, our families, our work, and even the things we don't know how to handle.
Lord, some of us woke up feeling tired. Some are already thinking about bills, responsibilities, problems at home, or things that happened yesterday. Some may be carrying something heavy in their hearts that they haven't told anyone about.
Please meet us where we are, Lord.
Lord give us peace when our minds feel crowded. Give us strength when we feel exhausted. Give us patience when things don't go our way. And give us wisdom to make the right decisions today.
Please watch over our families. Keep our loved ones safe wherever they may be. Protect our homes and guide us throughout the day.
Lord, help us not to worry too much about what hasn't happened yet. Teach us to take today one step at a time and trust You with the things we cannot control.
If we face something difficult today, Lord remind us that we don't have to face it alone.
If we receive good news, Lord help us remember to be grateful.
And if today doesn't go the way we hoped, Lord give us the faith to keep going and the strength to try again tomorrow.
Please provide for every need, open the right doors, Lord and close the ones that are not meant for us. Give us the courage to follow where You lead, even when we don't understand the whole plan.
Most of all, Lord, keep our hearts close to You.
Let our words be kind, our choices be wise, and our actions reflect Your love.
Lord we surrender this day to You.
Go before us, stay beside us, Lord and bring us safely through this day.
