The word *Horeb* in Hebrew is *Choreb* which means *Desolate* in English Language and the word Desolate means alot of things of which some are;
barren, stark, limited, lonely, sorrowful, unhappy, poor, forsaken, dissatisfied, disappointed, dejected, miserable. the list is endless.
