[2/22, 10:45] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *.....I have discovered that in good times,everything is ok,sweet,no worries, no stress etc, its EASY to talk about FAITH ....its EASY to see why we believe and encourage others to "Keep the FAITH" when they are feeling down......*
[2/22, 10:49] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *.....But what about periods of challenges and surprise attacks, periods of lack,periods of being in a downcast, periods of stress,worry,anxiety........ Period of darkness looking around you nothing is promising etc....*??

[2/22, 10:53] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *....Family in Christ, we grow in FAITH, and it takes time, but we need to know this today that the struggle is the elements that strengthen us......our FAITH isn't always tested in good times, our FAITH is tested during trials and times of challenges....*

_Without a testing of our FAITH, there will be little or no real significant growth_!!!!

And we see nothing or hear nothing,that's when we are left to decide .....will we believe anyway, cultivating a more mature FAITH? Or will we decide " He is not there" falling back on all the voices we have heard in the past?...*
[2/22, 11:04] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *.....Beloveds it all boils down to our decisions at the end of the day, the decision to stand with God in FAITH and grow or backslide and remain perpetually stagnant....... Sometimes we can see the temptations at work in these moments,sometimes we can't,we take forward steps and backward steps (and side steps and missteps) but we are growing when our number of forward steps becomes greater.....*

_What this means is that you choose to remain faithful even when there is no visible finish line and no feeling of relief.....lean to it and bear through the discomfort that comes from trusting in what you cannot see_!!!
[2/22, 11:17] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *....Its not taking a risk, its strengthening your FAITH, are you struggling with trusting God?..... Think of a martial art stretch or new skill,getting to the next level requires a time of discomfort while pushing forward,you will feel and eventually see the difference....*

_Praise and worship Him too the difference will be seen....this calls for patient endurance on the part of the saints who obey God's commandments and remain faithful to Jesus_

_During the discomfort, pray that God guides your steps and keeps you strong......temptations will sway in and out to mislead and falsely appease you, but pray right through it_!!!
[2/22, 11:24] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *....Don't try to form and take any shortcuts,there are none shortcuts through the storms.....watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptations, the spirit is willing but the body is weak (Mathew 26:41)...*
[2/22, 11:26] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *.....And if you fall for it ,which we all do at times, please don't castigate or condemn yourself but retrace your steps and start again.....keep choosing God over and over and over, that's the key to winning.....*

_When you feel the struggle heavy on your back,burry yourself in more good soil.....when this recent FAITH test came,rather than run to family and friends, I ran to my father in the Lord, mentors and those who have gone through such tests and came out as winners_
[2/22, 11:35] APOSTLE DR LACKSON: *.....So my advice is for you to surround yourself with loving and godly friends,pop into a church before starting the day, study the Bible, put some encouraging messages where you can see them,attend a service, watch an online sermon,ask someone you love to pray with you or meditate on positive thoughts......as my father recently told me, stay in the word,the tough times will hit us,but we are living for something bigger...*
