The world tells young people to enjoy life while they are still young. It says, “Do whatever makes you happy. Follow your desires. Live without limits.” But God gives a different message. He says, “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth” (Ecclesiastes 12:1).
Youth is one of the greatest gifts God has given. It is a season filled with strength, energy, dreams, and opportunities. Sadly, many spend these precious years chasing temporary pleasures that leave lasting regrets. The world celebrates parties, popularity, and self-indulgence, but God calls young people to something greater—a life of purpose, holiness, and devotion.
A young person who chooses to honor God is never wasting their youth. Every prayer, every Bible reading, every act of obedience, and every sacrifice made for Christ is an investment in eternity. The pleasures of this world will fade, but a life surrendered to God will produce blessings that last forever.
You do not have to wait until you are old to serve God. You do not have to wait until life becomes difficult before seeking Him. The best time to give your heart to Jesus is now. The strongest years of your life should belong to the One who gave you life.
The world may say, “Enjoy your youth.” But God says, “Honor Me with your youth.” One day, the parties will end, the applause of people will fade, and earthly pleasures will disappear. But those who walk with God will never regret choosing Him.
Young people, don't waste your youth. Use it to pray. Use it to study God's Word. Use it to serve. Use it to reach others for Christ. Give God your best years, and He will guide your entire life.
