HANNAH'S SILENT PRAYER: WHEN GOD HEARS WHAT WORDS CANNOT SAY

In a crowded temple, among the noise of voices and rituals, Hannah stood quietly, her heart heavy with longing. She was a woman of deep sorrow, desperate for a child, yet unable to speak her pain aloud.

She didn’t shout. She didn’t demand. She simply poured out her heart silently to God. Her lips moved, but her voice was inaudible — only God could hear the cries of her soul.

And God heard.

Hannah’s silent prayer reminds us that sometimes our deepest struggles cannot be put into words. Tears, whispered sighs, and trembling hearts are all language enough for the One who knows us completely.

She teaches us three powerful lessons:

1️⃣ God sees beyond words – Even when we cannot articulate our pain, He understands our hearts.
2️⃣ Faith is often quiet, not loud – True trust doesn’t always come with dramatic gestures. Sometimes it’s the silent hope that changes everything.
3️⃣ God turns tears into testimony – Hannah’s grief became a song of joy, and her prayer opened the door to blessings beyond imagination.

If you are struggling in silence today, remember: your pain is heard, your tears are precious, and your quiet prayers are powerful. God is listening — even when no one else is.

💛 Believe. Wait. Hope. God is faithful.

10 Facts About Baptism
Aaron Erhardt
1. Baptism is immersion (Rom. 6:4) (1)
2. Baptism is commanded (Acts 10:48) (2)
3. Baptism is urgent (Acts 22:16) (3)
4. Baptism is for believers (Mk. 16:16) (4)
5. Baptism is for forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:38) (5)
6. Baptism puts one into Christ (Gal. 3:27)
7. Baptism saves (1 Pet. 3:21)
8. Preaching Jesus includes baptism (Acts 8:35-36)
9. Every detailed conversion in Acts mentions baptism
10. here are certain components for scriptural baptism (6)
Footnotes:

1. Lexicons say the Greek word for baptism (baptisma) means to plunge or immerse. Hence, baptism is a “burial” in water. There is no indication that sprinkling or pouring was practiced in the early church.
2. To argue that one can be saved without baptism is tantamount to saying he can be saved without obeying divine commands.
3. 3,000 Jews were baptized in one day (Acts 2:41), the eu**ch was baptized on the side of the road (Acts 8:38), and the jailor was baptized at midnight following an earthquake (Acts 16:33). These examples illustrate that baptism is not to be delayed or postponed.
4. Infants cannot believe. Therefore, they are not proper candidates for baptism.
5. Jesus shed His blood “for the forgiveness of sins” (Matt. 26:28). Yet Peter said baptism is “for the forgiveness of sins” (Acts 2:38). Hence, the blood forgives sins when one is baptized.
6. There are four components: (1) Proper mode—immersion, (2) Proper authority—name of Christ, (3) Proper purpose—forgiveness of sins, and (4) Proper subject—penitent believer.

🔥 Jacob was alone, running, uncertain about his future — yet that lonely place became a place of revelation.

In a dream, he saw a ladder reaching to heaven,
and God standing above it, assuring him of His presence and promise.

Jacob thought he was in a deserted place,
but God showed him it was the house of God.

Sometimes the places we call lonely are the very places where God chooses to meet us.

🙏 God is with you even in your lonely places.

Psalm 23:5
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

Protection:
Shepherds would anoint sheep’s heads with oil to: Keep insects from burrowing into ears and to
prevent infection and irritation.

Pray for to day

A Prayer for Wisdom

God, thank You for Your Word which provides truth and wisdom. Remind me to seek it first, because You know all things and what's best for me. Place wise people in my life and open my mind to learn from them. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Death is defeated, the King is alive!

They stripped him and put on him a scarlet robe, and then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on his head. They put a staff in his right hand and knelt before him and mocked him. 'Hail, king of the Jews!'. (Matthew 27:29)

On his robe and on his thigh he has a name written, KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS. (Revelation 16:19)

Lift up your heads, O gates, and be lifted up, O ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. (Psalm 24:7)
