Topic: PERSUE YOUR PURPOSE

“It is God himself who has made us what we are and given us new lives from Christ Jesus; and long ages ago he planned that we should spend these lives in helping others.” Ephesians 2:10 TLB

In a race between a lion and a deer, the deer often wins, because the lion runs for food, but the deer runs for life. Proverbs 13:25 TLB, says, "The good man eats to live, while the evil man lives to eat."

You are here for a reason. You were not created for nothing. God designed you for a purpose that only you can fulfill.

You were created on purpose and for a purpose. That purpose is what you should be in pursuit of, not wealth, fame, or honor; these things are meant to pursue you as you pursue your purpose.

It is not circumstances that make life unbearable, but living without a sense of meaning. True satisfaction comes from living in your God-given purpose.

Your primary purpose as a child of God is to win souls and to prepare yourself for the world to come. It is as you pursue this primary purpose that you begin to see the full picture of your purpose in all its intricate details.

Win souls. Serve in your church. Attend to the Word and continue in fellowship with the Lord daily. You cannot practice these things and miss the fullness of your purpose.

CONFESSION

I am in the world at such a time as this for a divine purpose, living the life God prearranged for me before the foundation of the world. He designed me to serve Him and live for Him, and to reconcile many to Himself through me.

I reminisce... the goodness of God...
Ah... the unfailuable love ... It has been a good 30 years. We step into level three and today was just one so memorable. This month in itself,,, unforgettable..Lord I thank you...

A great thank you to everyone that had taken time to celebrate this lovely day with me in every way. You added so much beauty to it. I thank God for you and for your love.

"... it is not rude (unmannerly) and does not act unbecomingly…" — 1 Corinthians 13:5

Love does not misbehave.

It does not covet what others have, nor does it seek to acquire it through wrong means. True love acts with integrity, respect, and honor.

Love does not look down on people; it treats everyone as valuable. It is never proud, boastful or arrogant.

Good manners are simply love expressing itself—love is never rude.

Love wants the best for others; it is not self-seeking.

Love does not dwell on wrongs suffered. It keeps no record of wrongs.

Love is secure.

Impatience is simply the absence of love.

Love is never unkind or negative. It always does what is right.

Love rejoices when God is glorified, no matter who receives the credit.

Nothing is too heavy for love—it bears all things.

Love always believes God’s Word, always sees the best in others, and always hopes for the best.

Love is infinitely strong. It can endure any pressure, face any situation, meet any challenge. It never gives up.

Love is wisdom in action. Love is the best behavior- it is the most excellent way. Love is God at work in and through you.

Do you really know what submission is ba Zimai?

When ever you said " I do " in your vows that day, you meant " This is the man I will submit to" in marrying your husband, this is what you said 👇🏾

" I do not belong to my parents or myself anymore because I now belong to this man alone"

"I will always allow this man to decide how I should live my life."

" I will accept what he says as final ( I will always yield, and give in ) because I respect him."

" I am coming under him because I accept that he is greater than me "

" Wherever he leads me, i will follow because he knows better"

So when you start to shusha him and begin to carry yourself as a self owned woman, you are sinning against God.

Not understanding that marriage is not just spending the rest of your life with a male partner but rather buckling under is what brings frustration in marriage.
