Note that the Spirit spoke as they 'ministered to the Lord'. If you want to hear from God about a situation, you know what to do now. Minister unto the Lord in songs, psalms and hymns!

Samson's fall was as a result of his love for the wrong things - things that God told him not to mingle with. What you direct your love towards has a way of affecting your whole future. What are the things you hold on dearly? Take some time to think through this.

When God delivers you from evil, don't keep in touch with it.

A hardened heart rejects conviction and chooses self-justification over repentance but God still holds every person accountable.

No amount of deflection removes responsibility before Him. As the scriptures rightfully puts it “Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows.” (Galatians 6:7)

There is still mercy however for the one who will humble themselves, confess, and turn.

But continued hardness leads to deeper deception and greater judgment.
