TOPIC:
THE FATHER ALREADY KNOWS

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek: ) For your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things (Matthew 6:31-32).

Part of the reason the Lord Jesus told us not to worry is because our heavenly Father knows all things. He knows whatโ€™s in your heart. He knows all your needs and desires and has already gone ahead to grant them. Heโ€™s fully aware, completely informed and already ahead of every situation youโ€™re concerned about.

Sadly, many still live as though God is unaware, acting anxious, pressured and uncertain. They think constantly about what to eat, what to wear, and how things will turn out. Thatโ€™s the life of those who donโ€™t know God. Jesus said the Gentiles seek after these things. Thatโ€™s their pursuit and focus. But youโ€™re different.

David understood this and declared in Psalm 23:1, โ€œThe LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.โ€ Let this dawn on your spirit. Donโ€™t function by anxiety; live by the revelation of Godโ€™s Word. Respond to lifeโ€™s circumstances in faith and with faith. Always be calm, assured and unshaken. Not because there are no challenges but because you know youโ€™re not alone, and youโ€™re not without help and supply.

Your heavenly Father daily loads you with benefits (Psalm 68:19). This is the consciousness you must have. All your needs are plugged into Godโ€™s supply system; you lack nothing; you have all things because youโ€™re the seed of Abraham. Therefore, when situations arise, donโ€™t panic; remind yourself, โ€œMy Father knows!โ€ That settles your heart and strengthens your faith.

Trust Him and stay on the Word. Youโ€™re not trying to get Godโ€™s attention; you already have it. Youโ€™re not trying to convince Him to care; He already does. 1 Peter 5:7 (AMPC) says, โ€œโ€ฆHe cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully.โ€ Therefore, walk in the quiet confidence that your heavenly Father is mindful of you, gracious and kind towards you, always watching over you to do you good. Hallelujah!

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

TOPIC: LIVE FOR THE KINGDOM

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you (Matthew 6:33).

In life, what you live for determines how you live. The Lord Jesus made it clear that your focus isnโ€™t to be on the material things of this world but on the Kingdom. He said in Luke 12:15, โ€œโ€ฆTake heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.โ€

Many worry about material possessions, but you donโ€™t get better by worrying. No one ever did. The Master made this clear when He asked in Luke 12:25, โ€œ...which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?โ€ Worry, rather than improve your condition, distracts you from your true calling. Thatโ€™s why He said donโ€™t be anxious about your life, what youโ€™ll eat, what youโ€™ll drink, or what youโ€™ll wear. Youโ€™ve been called to a higher purpose.

Your heavenly Father already made everything you require for life and godliness available to you: โ€œBlessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christโ€ (Ephesians 1:3). 2 Peter 1:3 says, โ€œAccording as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godlinessโ€ฆโ€ 1 Corinthians 3:21 says, โ€œโ€ฆall things are yours.โ€ Consequently, He tells you what your priority in life should be: seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. That means everywhere you are, be conscious of the Kingdom. In your family, among your friends, in your workplace, in your school, your concern should be: Is the Kingdom of God established here? If it isnโ€™t, you bring it there.

Make Christ known, and see to it that men receive and are established in His righteousness. Manifest His righteousness everywhere. This involves seeking what God wants, not what men want. Even when resolving issues amongst people, you donโ€™t look for whoโ€™s right or wrong; you establish the righteousness of God.

Many struggle and are frustrated in life because theyโ€™re seeking their own way, their own satisfaction. But true satisfaction comes from seeking Godโ€™s Kingdom and expressing His righteousness. Thatโ€™s living for the Kingdom.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for teaching me to live above worry and anxiety. My heart is set on your Kingdom, and I manifest your righteousness everywhere. I refuse to be driven by the cares of this world, for I know youโ€™ve already blessed me and granted me all that I require for life and godliness. Therefore, I walk in peace, purpose, joy and fulfilment, in Jesusโ€™ Name. Amen.

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

STAY IN FAITH

THURSDAY, AUGUST 27TH, 2026

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience (James 1:2-3).

Have you ever been in a situation where, after youโ€™ve done everything you know to do, things didnโ€™t seem to change? Youโ€™ve prayed, applied the Word, and followed every counsel given, yet the situation looked the same. Like the student who once wrote me a letter after sitting for the same examinations several times and failing again and again, asking, โ€œPastor Chris, what more can I do? Iโ€™ve tried everything.โ€

But the Word already gives the answer: stay in faith! Refuse to give up. Faith always works. Refuse to stagger at the Word of God through unbelief, but against hope, believe in hope. No matter the adversity you face in your academics, your workplace, or through people who seem determined to hinder your progress; refuse to be flustered, discouraged or bitter. Keep acting your faith.

You may encounter individuals who decide that no matter what you do, you wonโ€™t succeed unless you compromise; stay on the Word. The Bible says if youโ€™re afflicted, pray (James 5:13), but that doesnโ€™t mean things may change instantly, and that doesnโ€™t also mean God hasnโ€™t heard you. But one thing is certain: He believes in you.

God knows He has trained you enough to face the situation and win. Thatโ€™s why you donโ€™t chicken out; you face it and win. You stand your ground. You hold fast to the Word. Even when it seems like everything is collapsing around you, refuse to panic. Refuse to quit.

Maybe you lost a job, or something didnโ€™t go the way you expected, donโ€™t be moved. The Bible says, โ€œAnd we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purposeโ€ (Romans 8:28). This is your life, and it will always be your experience as long as youโ€™re in faith. So, keep serving the Lord joyously and putting your faith to work.

CONFESSION
Iโ€™m a victor in Christ Jesus. I walk in dominion, power and ever-increasing grace, glory and peace. My mind is renewed by the Word; therefore, I only think victory, success and abundance. The glory of Christ, His righteousness, might and wisdom are expressed in and through me today, in Jesusโ€™ Name. Amen.

WEDNESDAY 26TH,AUGUST 2026-PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME!!!

TOPIC: FACE IT AND WIN

Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4).

In Christianity, youโ€™re not called to run from challenges but to face them and win. Many have assumed that once they become Christians, life should be completely free of challenges. So when they face difficulties, they begin to wonder, โ€œWhy do I still have problems? Why do I feel pain? Why doesnโ€™t everything change immediately when I pray?โ€ But that thinking misses an important truth about the Christian life. Itโ€™s a journey.

If there are no challenges to your faith, then your faith canโ€™t work. Faith is proven, exercised, and perfected in the face of opposition. Life isnโ€™t defined by how smooth things are; youโ€™re promoted through the tests you overcome. It brings to mind the words of the Master in Revelation 2:26: โ€œAnd he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations.โ€

You donโ€™t advance without the tests of life. Even in ministry, great success doesnโ€™t happen overnight. There are stages, experiences, and victories that position you for greater responsibility. Sometimes, God allows you to face certain situations, not for defeat, but for your victory. He knows youโ€™ll win because He knows what Heโ€™s put inside you. When you win, youโ€™re decorated for more. Thatโ€™s the divine pattern.

So, donโ€™t crumble under pressure; donโ€™t give in to fear or frustration; stand firm. Declare like Paul, โ€œBut none of these things move meโ€ฆโ€ (Acts 20:24); You're more than a conqueror (Romans 8:37). Learn to look the adversary in the face and declare, โ€œNo matter what you do, Iโ€™m a victor in Christ Jesus. Greater is He that is in me than he thatโ€™s in the world.โ€

It makes no difference what you face; you have the comfort of God in your spirit and the consolation of the Holy Ghost. He reminds you continually to go on and win, knowing that every challenge is an opportunity for you to triumph. No wonder He says, โ€œMy brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptationsโ€ (James 1:2).

RHAPSODY OF REALITIES DAILY DEVOTIONAL

TAKE YOUR PLACE AND EXERCISE DOMINION

TUESDAY, AUGUST 25TH, 2026

PASTOR CHRIS OYAKHILOME

For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ (Romans 5:17).

Some have queried that if Jesus was truly Lord over all and over everything happening in the world, then why are things in disarray? Yes, Heโ€™s Lord; Heโ€™s seated far above all principality and power. But you must understand your place in His reign and in His lordship: He reigns through you. Youโ€™re His instrument of dominion.

Therefore, one of the reasons things are in disarray today isnโ€™t because Christ lacks authority but because those who are to act in His stead havenโ€™t understood or exercised that authority. Thatโ€™s why the Word is coming to you even now. Thatโ€™s why youโ€™re being taught. Youโ€™re the one called to reign in His stead.

Youโ€™re the one to dominate this world and tame circumstances to conform to the perfect will of God. Youโ€™ve received abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness; that qualifies you for a life of dominion. You must consciously use the authority given to you in the Name of Jesus. When situations arise, donโ€™t plead, donโ€™t beg, donโ€™t cower; take charge. Enforce the will of God.

The Lord Jesus is running the universe, yes; from galaxies to governments, nothing is exempt from His rule. But He administers His dominion through His Church. That means wherever you are, His authority is to be expressed through you. If things are out of order, you donโ€™t watch them deteriorate; you take action. You speak and enforce Godโ€™s righteousness.

Everything in life has intelligence, and has been commanded to hear and obey Jesus (Matthew 17:5), and by extension, you because youโ€™re one with Him. When you speak, everything in life, living or non-living, complies because you function in the Name of Jesus, in His dominion and authority. Hallelujah!

He empowered you to rule your world and rule the world in His Name. He said in John 20:21, โ€œโ€ฆas my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.โ€Then in Matthew 28:18, He said, โ€œโ€ฆAll power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.โ€ Then He charged us, on account of His dominion and authority, to disciple the nations and make the world a better place (Matthew 28:19-20). Therefore, act accordingly; take your place and exercise your dominion in Christ.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness that Iโ€™ve received in Christ. I walk in the consciousness of my authority and exercise dominion in every sphere of life. I enforce your will in my environment, bringing order, righteousness, and peace, in Jesusโ€™ Name. Amen.
