🔥🇿🇲 A WAKE-UP CALL TO THE FATHERS OF THE CHURCH: WHERE ARE YOU NOW? 🇿🇲🔥
When we warned some of you, you called us disrespectful.
When young voices questioned political bias in the Church, you said we were immature.
When we pleaded with the fathers of the faith to rise above political parties, money, titles and personal relationships, you told us we were attacking the elders.
But today, the nation is asking the question we were asking yesterday:
WHERE ARE THE FATHERS?
Where are the bishops?
Where are the senior prophets?
Where are the fathers who have preached about righteousness, justice, reconciliation and peace for years?
Where are those who have stood on pulpits and told ordinary Zambians to forgive, unite and love one another?
This is your moment.
Don't tell us you are fathers because you wear a bishop's collar.
Don't tell us you are fathers because you have a large church.
Don't tell us you are fathers because politicians attend your conferences.
Fatherhood is tested when the family is in trouble.
A father doesn't disappear when the house is burning.
A father doesn't remain silent because one of his children is powerful.
A father doesn't choose which child deserves justice based on how much money that child has.
A father steps into the fire and says, "STOP! LET US TALK."
🇿🇲 ZAMBIA NEEDS THAT KIND OF FATHERHOOD NOW.
And let me speak plainly.
We have watched some church leaders become too comfortable around political power.
Some have become so close to politicians that they can no longer correct them.
Some have become so dependent on money, invitations, positions and recognition that their prophetic voice has become weak.
How can you rebuke a politician on Sunday when you are eating at his table on Monday and looking for his favour on Tuesday?
This is not an attack on every church leader.
It is a challenge to those whose voices have become silent when their voices are needed most.
Because the Church cannot claim to be the conscience of the nation while being afraid to speak to the powerful.
The pulpit must not become a political waiting room.
The Church must not sell its prophetic voice for access.
The Church must not exchange truth for titles.
The Church must not exchange justice for money.
And the Church must never become so politically captured that it forgets that its first allegiance is to God and the wellbeing of the people.
FATHERS, THIS IS YOUR HOUR!
If you truly are fathers, come out.
Bring the political leaders together.
Sit them down.
Talk to them.
Challenge them.
Correct them.
Pray with them.
Remind them that after elections, Zambia remains.
Tell them that political power is temporary but the consequences of division can affect generations.
Tell them that people are more important than parties.
Tell them that Zambia is more important than political careers.
Tell them that no political victory is worth destroying the peace of a nation.
And to those who have been saying, "The young prophets and pastors are the problem,"—
NO!
Maybe the younger generation is simply asking questions that some of the older generation became too comfortable to ask.
Maybe the young voices are exposing what the fathers refused to confront.
Maybe what you called "disrespect" was actually a warning.
We were not asking you to surrender your authority.
We were asking you to use it responsibly.
We were asking you to be fathers to the whole nation—not fathers to one political camp.
NOW THE TEST HAS COME.
This is no longer about who is young and who is old.
This is no longer about who has the biggest church.
This is no longer about who has the highest title.
This is about whether your spiritual authority means anything when the nation needs it.
Bishop, where are you?
Prophet, where are you?
Apostle, where are you?
Pastor, where are you?
Father of the faith, where are you?
Come out!
Speak!
Mediate!
Reconcile!
Bring people together!
Prove to Zambia that you are fathers—not merely title holders.
And if you cannot speak because of political connections, financial relationships, fear, or personal interests, then perhaps the young generation has every right to ask whether the Church has lost some of its prophetic courage.
I know these words will offend some people.
They are supposed to challenge us.
Because sometimes a nation doesn't need another diplomatic speech.
Sometimes it needs somebody to stand up and say:
"FATHERS, WAKE UP!"
🇿🇲 ZAMBIA IS WATCHING.
The Church is watching.
The young generation is watching.
History is watching.
And most importantly—
GOD IS WATCHING.
I am not praying for the downfall of any political leader.
I am not celebrating anybody's suffering.
I am not calling for violence.
I AM CALLING FOR ACCOUNTABILITY, UNITY, JUSTICE, TRUTH AND PEACE.
And honestly, I love what I am watching now—not because I want chaos, but because I believe God can use moments like this to expose weaknesses, awaken consciences and bring His people back to their responsibility.
Sometimes God shakes the house so that we can discover who was really holding it together.
Maybe this is the hour when the Church must rediscover its voice.
Maybe this is the hour when fathers must stop competing for political access and start competing for the soul of the nation.
Maybe this is the hour when the Church must say:
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
Not to one party.
Not to one politician.
But to every spirit of division, hatred, corruption, tribalism, injustice and political idolatry.
🇿🇲 ZAMBIA FIRST. PEOPLE FIRST. PEACE FIRST. GOD FIRST.
Fathers of the Church—
THIS IS YOUR MOMENT.
Don't wait until the damage is irreversible.
Don't wait until history asks why you were silent.
Don't wait until the young generation loses confidence in the Church.
COME OUT.
Stand in the gap.
Be fathers.
Be peacemakers.
Be courageous.
Speak truth.
Bring the politicians to the table.
And let Zambia see that the Church still has fathers who cannot be bought, intimidated or silenced.
