Because God's love is for eternity. No matter what you face here on earth, you can rest knowing you will spend eternity with your savior.

Heavenly Father, help me to live in today, not in the past. Keep me in the present, loving You and serving You today. You are the God of yesterday, today, and tomorrow. You do not call me to live for You in the past that I cannot change, but You do call me to live for You today. Help me change the things that are bad about today instead of complaining about it.
