Apostle Dr. Helge Mutschler was assigned district apostle helper
A new District Apostle Helper for Northern Europe Zurich. Chief Apostle Jean-Luc Schneider assigned a new District Apostle Helper for the District Apostle Area Northern and Eastern Germany. Designated is Apostle Helge Mutschler (50). The solemn act was done February 2021
The Chief Apostle Conducted a divine service in Gaggenau in southern Germany on Sunday, 28 February 2021 and invited Apostle Mutschler. Because of Covid-19 restrictions, the divine service was via satellite and online. Interesting to note was that the city of Gaggenau is only 75 kilometres away from the city of Tübingen, where Apostle Mutschler was born in 1974. And it was nearby in Freudenstadt, located between Tübingen and Gaggenau, that he received his first ministry of Sub-Deacon at the age of 20. Today Apostle Mutschler lives in Hannover with his wife and two children, where he worked as a lawyer for many years.
Grateful for the decision
In his new function as District Apostle Helper, Helge Mutschler support District Apostle Rüdiger Krause in leading the New Apostolic Church Northern and Eastern Germany. This region is huge and extends far into Northern Europe. Additional congregations in Eastern Europe and the Far East—a total of 21 District Churches—currently being cared for by the District Church Berlin-Brandenburg was still added. The Chief Apostle says: “As an assistant, Apostle Mutschler will, among other things, be responsible for preparing the merger of the two District Apostle Areas Berlin-Brandenburg and Northern and Eastern Germany together with District Apostle Nadolny.”
