Historically speaking the church was planted in 1986 under the auspices of Zambia Baptist Association. Formerly known as Mufulira Central Baptist Church, the church has in the past met at Mano Basic School, MCM Mufulira School and Mufulira Secondary School. In 1995, after moving to its present premises and securing autonomy from Zambia Baptist Association the church changed it’s name to FAIRVIEW R
EFORMED BAPTIST CHURCH. By God’s grace, the church has steadily grown both numerically and qualitatively. Membership is drawn from a cross section of Mufulira townships. Our services are usually conducted in English but a vernacular preaching point has been opened up in Kantanshi township and meetings take place every Sunday morning at Choann skills centre.
