A leader without compassion is a dictator in disguise. Be approachable. Be human. Be real.

🌱🦁 2️⃣ THE FACE OF A LION — COURAGE & BOLDNESS
No fearful leader changes anything! Leadership demands HOLY BRAVERY.
Lions don’t whisper… they ROAR! When challenges rise, leaders DON’T RUN — they STAND!
📖 Proverbs 28:1 — The righteous are as bold as a lion.
Stop apologizing for your calling. Stop shrinking when God called you to stand tall!

🌱🐂 3️⃣ THE FACE OF AN OX — STRENGTH & SACRIFICE
Every great leader carries a burden. No throne without a yoke. Leadership means WORK, RESPONSIBILITY, CONSISTENCY!
📖 Proverbs 14:4 — Where no oxen are, the crib is clean… but much increase is by the strength of the ox.
Leaders don’t complain about weight — they GROW MUSCLES.

*4️⃣ THE FACE OF AN EAGLE — VISION & HEIGHT* 🦅 🦅
Leaders see FAR. Leaders don’t panic at storms — they use storms to FLY HIGHER!
📖 Isaiah 40:31 — They shall mount up with wings as EAGLES.
Don’t live on ground level when God called you to SKY LEVEL. See what others don’t see. Dream what others fear.
