Adventist Men from across the Copperbelt Zambia Conference have launched a major infrastructure project in Maposa, along the Kitwe–Ndola dual carriageway.
The development will see the construction of an ultra-modern conference facility.

Once complete, it will include spaces for youth activities, training programmes, and community support services, aimed at benefiting both the church and the community.

Church leaders say the initiative is part of efforts to strengthen outreach and remain relevant within communities.
The project has since been officially launched, with stakeholders pledging support towards its completion.

Leaders are now calling for continued partnerships and resource mobilization to bring the vision to life.

The Dorcas Mothers of Mufulira West mission District of Copperbelt Zambia Conference had a prayer and fasting day on Monday 6th April 2026 at Mufulira Central Church which was followed by a ceremonial welcome of the new Pastor in the District.

The program that was attended by the Dorcas Mothers from the 12 churches and all companies of the district was well organized and very colourful.

Leading the church mothers, the District Personal Ministries leader Elder CHIPUNKA PAUL was at hand to welcome Pastor and Shepherdess Pethias Kangakwane in a MAFUKENI manner where some household materials and food stuffs were presented to the new Pastor as a way of welcoming the family in the district.

The Federation Leader Mrs Chisanga Orpah pledged Dorcas commitment to work with the new Pastor in the mission of the church. She stressed the importance of involving the Pastor in the activities of the Dorcas Mothers.
