what is the law of life?

> “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.” (Romans 8:2, NKJV)

Meaning (in simple terms):

"Law of the Spirit of Life" refers to the power and principle of the Holy Spirit that gives spiritual life through Jesus Christ.

It means that when a person believes in Christ, the Holy Spirit gives them new life and sets them free from the control of sin and death.

In short:

Law of sin and death = the old way of living under sin that leads to death.

Law of the Spirit of life = the new way of living through the Holy Spirit that brings life and freedom.
