Even though storms, Jesus is Lord

Head-knowledge without knee-ology = theology. Prayer is very important. Every revival starts with prayer. The more we pray, the more we become sensitive to repentance. Things that God disapproves begins to fall off. And there is the mighty move of God. Prayer starts the revival and prayer sustains it. Even the Lord Jesus Christ spent alot of time in prayer. Prophets of the old and the early Church spent lots of time in prayer. Lets be encouraged to do the same.
Friends, the veil is torn; the barrier is broken. We dont hav to wait of once-a-year encounter with God. We have the freedom to pray anytime and we know He hears us. He is Abba Father. Lets get to know Him and enjoy His fellowship. We don't have to wait for heaven to enjoy His presence. The Holy Spirit who is the Bringer-of-God's presence dwells in us. All we have to do is tune our sensitivity to Him. He is in us! He is around us! He is with us. A CALL TO PRAYER!

The righteous person may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all; No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

Awesome fusion last night. Praise and worship led by Bupe and Tionge with Mr. Nsang'anyi's support. We had an awesome time in the presence of God. Just being reminded of how much Abba Father loves us. His love is unconditional. His grace is sufficient for us. We thank God for these opportunities to minister to Chengelo.

Had a great night with CIA last night. Mpelembe School came over and the theme of the night was Peer pressure. We had some outstanding presentations. "You don't have to flow with the flow. God made you different and you have to be."

Today's theme "We want more of you Lord Jesus". Oh how wonderful, how marvellous it is to dwell in the house of the Lord. A day in His house is better than a thausand elsewhere.

As the year progresses you may feel a bit of turbulence here and there, fear not for he has said "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Deuteronomy 31:6; Hebrews 13:5)

GRACE

Dictionary definition says that grace is "the free and unmerited favour of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners and the bestowal of blessings."

Ephesians 2: 8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

Our salvation is only by His grace. His love for us has caused the LORD of the heavens and the earth to reach out to us and save us. Without this grace we are lost forever.

By His grace he sustains us in this life until we enter into glory. "We don't deserve that endless supply of eternal love that God always has for us but, as we come before Him, we always seem to find it." (Franklin L. Hoffman)

Receive, enjoy and experience His grace. of the Father
