Topic:ARE YOU A WORKER?
Scripture Reading:John 9:4
Mathew 21:43

Often times, God's work and Church work suffer because people are motivated by what suits them and not what suits God or others. In this era that we are living in, workers are hard to find if the work is unpaid and done in one's own time,but not if it pays good wages and is limited to set working hours

When personal interest and gain is people's main consideration,the church cannot function as God intended it to function. Soon people will start complaining that they are getting nothing from the church and start looking for another.

In the book of Mathew 21:43, Jesus told them that the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. May we bring forth fruits of the kingdom of God. God rewards in various ways, in this life and eternal life thereafter.

Topic:The Battle Front
Scripture Reading:1 Samuel 17:26-30

When God gives you an assignment,He will surely give you the courage to do it. That force you feel within you, that courage to do business,to uplift the heavy in spirit, to sing, to do different things,you never know it might be your God given task,go for it. In verse 28 of today's basic scripture, Eliab tried to keep David away from the Battle front but David did not subscribe to that kind of stuff,he knew what the Lord had bestowed upon his heart.

Those who feel are more experienced will always say you can't do it. It's fierce at the Battle front but it's the people at the Battle front who are making it. Fear will make people stay at the same position. Our talents and gifts will remain untapped if we remain seated in the camp. Arise child of God,life is a Battle and every area of life has a Battle front. Strive to be at the Battle front,fight your fight and fulfill your God given assignment, fight a good fight of faith.

Gladness and rejoicing are part of everyday life that God desires for mankind. God wants his children to enjoy Him and all that he has given them for life in this world. God is so much concerned about our heart condition that is being joyful and glad.

1 Timothy 6:17 says " charge them that are rich in this world that they be not high - minded,nor trust in uncertain riches but in the living God who gives us richly all things to enjoy." Our joy as Children of God always goes with self-discipline and right behavior.

God always leaves room for self-discipline to prove our hearts.letting people do what they want and misbehave is not of God and that is definitely not the kind of Joy designed for us as Children of God. Always remember our God is not a kill joy but the bringer of all joy. Unlimited Joy is your portion!
