Excerpt From the Thanksgiving Service

"By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased." Hebrews 13:15-16

Thanksgiving it is the expression of gratitude. To show appreciation or grateful.

3 Ways to express thankfulness

1. Words

- It is expressed through the fruit of our lips. We speak words of thankfulness to God for his goodness, love, mercy, protection, provision etc.

2. Works

- The way we serve, participate and respond to him can express gratefulness to God.

3. Substance

-Our thankfulness is also expressed through our giving.

A thankful heart will always overflow with gratefulness in words, works (service) and giving.
