DRAFT PROPOSAL FOR THE LAUNCH OF ‘VESSELS OF HONOUR’ LADIES IN MEDICAL SCIENCE

Proposal for the ladies in medical science day of prayer Today, acquiring medical attention has become expensive and even more complicated and uncomfortable for the less privileged as they are mistreated by medical personnel. The process of producing viable and substantial medical personnel lies in the training and de

velopment of these people .However, the school of medicine regardless of the course of study; is quite challenging and highly demanding. The demands that require academic satisfaction have become social, psychological and emotional threats in the lives of many students. Several deaths have been reported within the campus premises. A student in medical school faces the challenge of the expectations upon them by the community and the families where they are coming from, the need to satisfy & accomplish their tasks on time, the need to fit in society like everyone else when in reality they are stressed, the fear of their potential and hard work not manifesting etc. This brings about toil without results or evidence and causing many to lose faith in God and themselves. In order to achieve our main objective which is? To preach the word of God to the students to help them live morally upright. To ensure that with all due diligence they fulfill their career goals with a God fearing character
To ensure that they take up their responsibilities with a solution mentality Which Indeed is a worth taking assignment that wouldn’t go without imparting kingdom wisdom to many of the students exclusive of religious denomination. Women have the power to influence many things in society. In our view, raising female medical personnel that are of substance and available to serve and preach the kingdom in our health facilities must start with the places of training, making the ground level. Many of us students maybe coming from broken homes or are orphaned and haven’t had the opportunity to receive guidance from our parents. With many vices taking place in our universities such as, paying for leakages, having s*x with people in higher offices in order to go in our next levels, the use of drugs to enhance the studying ability, fornication as a means of getting rid of the academic stress to mention but a few. These vices have the ability to affect the effectiveness and efficiency of the medical professionals as they graduate and go on with their lives. The fact that women have a bigger hand in pulling the strings, we proposed that we have a day of kingdom encouragement for each other as ladies in medical studies. This way, we may be able:

To encourage & inspire ourselves to believe in ourselves and in the fact that apart from God there is nowhere else under the sun where we can find help. To listen from older Christian marriage women who have proofs in marriage and the honor of marriage, its essence & the disadvantages of fornicating. To build courage against the myth that the older a lady grows; they depreciate while men appreciate. To bring about confidence in female students that God can bring manifestation of their potentials and not any man. To pray together for integrity and the fear of God in our lecturers and leaders.

Good morning !

Romans 8:1-2

Therefore there is now no condemnation at all for those who are in Christ Jesus. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and of death.

When you believe right about God’s grace, about your righteousness in Christ, and how you are called to be set apart for holiness, everything changes! His love to uches you in the deepest recesses of your heart and you begin to experience transformation from the inside out.
That’s the grace revolution in action. You begin to live above defeat and experience lasting breakthroughs because the power to fight off any temptation is not from without, but from within. It is not contingent upon your willpower; it is contingent upon the power of the Holy Spirit living mightily and actively in you, bearing witness to the gospel truths you believe.
Don't allow anyone to make you feel condemned or worst sinner because of what you are going through. Keep focus on your creator. After all we where all just created by God and remember God's love for us is the same. Remember that lady who was almost stoned for infidelity? Jesus allowed them to stone her if they where sinneless... I am so sure some of the people who wanted to stone her where prostitutes as well.

Devotion: Loved by the Shepherd

I will feed My flock, and I will make them lie down,” says the Lord GOD. “I will seek what was lost and bring back what was driven away, bind up the broken and strengthen what was sick.”

Ezekiel 34:15–16

Whatever you are facing in your life, you don’t have to run around trying to meet all your needs. You just need to seek Jesus Himself. When you have the person of Jesus, you have all the benefits that come with the person.
Here is one particular aspect of the Lord that I want to draw your attention to.
Throughout the Bible, we see pictures or personifications of God, such as Him being our fortress, our stronghold, and our tower. One of the most frequently used pictures is of God as our Shepherd. And many times we see the imagery of the shepherd and sheep used in the context of healing.

remember the parable our Lord’s Jesus told about the shepherd who left the ninety-nine sheep to look for the one that was lost (Luke 15:1–7)? That's how much He loves us individually and deals with us individually.
Nice🥰

Good morning!!!
Our Devotion today is on faith.
There is a beautiful verse I want you to meditate on in your spirit in the fight of faith when it seems like your answers are not forthcoming:

“If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself” (2 Tim. 2:13).

Even when you are faithless, He remains faithful.
At the cross, as Jesus carried all our sins, God the Father had to turn away from His Son, and Jesus cried out, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?” (Matt. 27:46).

He paid the price for you and me to have God’s constant presence, and because of that, God will never leave you nor forsake you (Heb. 13:5).

When you feel faithless, know that you don’t have to try to hold on to Him—He is the One holding on to you. The Bible says the Lord your God holds your right hand, saying to you, “Fear not, I will help you” (Isa. 41:13).

When you have no more strength to even have faith in your battle with your sickness, may I encourage you to do this? Take time to go into the Lord’s presence and tell Him:

Lord Jesus, thank You for Your faithfulness to me. You are faithful in Your goodness to carry out Your promises in my life. You are faithful to heal me and to restore to me every bit of health and well-being I have lost through this sickness. Right now, because You are faithfully upholding me, I can let go and rest in You. It is Your faithfulness that will cause my healing to manifest. Amen

Songs of Solomon 8:7
“Many waters cannot quench love, nor will rivers overflow it; if a man were to give all the riches of his house for love, it would be utterly despised.”

LOVE
Love is so powerful that Solomon said that it is “as strong as death.” It is not mere emotion but much deeper, cutting to the core of our being.
The Bible tells us true love is not a passing feeling but an entirely new way of living. It is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). This Spirit-inspired love is patient and kind. Never jealous or arrogant. It “never fails.” Faith, hope, and love may abide, “but the greatest of these is love” (1 Corinthians 13:4-13).
Solomon described a love that can come only from God, the kind of love that He has for us, but also a picture of the kind of love we need to have for Him. A love of passion and selfless devotion. As we begin our day, let’s be confident that God lives us so much…. No one should lie to you or make you question the love God has for you.

Choolwe Mazuba, her husband and their 1year old baby were finally put to rest yesterday. May their souls rest in eternal peace. One thing I remember her always telling me was we need to be checking up on each other because this world is full of issues and we may never know what's going on in our friends life.
May we be deliberate in our relationships and may we always pray for one another.
The comfort in all this comes in knowing that they are in a more peaceful place. We have truly lost amazing people but heaven has definitely gained.

Stay blessed.

Psalm 91:5-6
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, Nor of the arrow that flies by day,
Nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, Nor of the destruction that lays waste at noonday.

What is the terror by night?

Firstly the word terror means ‘extreme fear’. And extreme fear by night refers to bad dreams and nightmares. A nightmare is a frightening or unpleasant dream.

So where does fear come from? It comes from hearing and hearing what Satan is saying.

Now we know that anything related to fear including it’s cousin worry does not come from God because He said in 2 Timothy 1:7 For God did not give us a spirit of fear...

Also we know that Satan is the author of fear, so fear comes from him.

If you are experiencing ongoing bad dreams and nightmares then you need to go to the word of God for answers.
Read scriptures, let them become a part of your preparation for sleep each night until the cycle of bad dreams is broken.

Proverbs 3:24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid;

GOD JUSTIFIES US

But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness,
Romans 4:5

Boldness is what God wants you to have when you come to Him. He does not want you to be afraid to come to Him, feeling unworthy because of your sins. He wants you to come boldly to Him, knowing that the death, burial and resurrection of His Son Jesus Christ has justified you and qualified you to boldly receive from Him.

This was the kind of boldness that the woman with the issue of blood had when she touched Jesus Mark 5:25–34. Now, by touching Jesus, she knew that she was breaking a Levitical law which states that anyone with a bodily discharge is unclean, and should not appear in public, let alone touch another person

But she refused to feel condemned by the law. She believed what she had heard about Jesus, and was confident that there would only be love and compassion, not condemnation, from Him. She believed that Jesus would justify her and qualify her to receive the miracle she needed. That was why she boldly pressed her way into the crowd to touch Jesus, who indeed said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well”

What was it about her faith that made her well? Romans 4:5 talks about faith that believes God justifies the ungodly. When you believe that God justifies the ungodly, it will give you boldness to come to God, even when you feel unclean because you have just blown it.

When you fail, don’t run away from God. Run boldly to Him, knowing that you are justified by the blood of Christ and not by your good behavior.

The devil may say to you, “How can you do that? Who do you think you are?” Don’t listen to him. Pick yourself up and thank God for the blood and the gift of no condemnation. If God justifies the ungodly, how much more you, His beloved child!
