GOSPEL SINGER SH0T D£AD BY HER HUSBAND IN CHURCH IN SA

Gospel singer Funanani Mbedzi was allegedly k!lled in church by her husband on Saturday.

Funi was one of Worship House’s lead singer; the church confirmed her passing.

The police reported that the murd£r suspect entered the church in Makonde Shadani village, outside Thohoyandou, around 6 pm while the congregation was engaged in worship and sh0t at his wife multiple times.

Limpopo Police spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba said the husband fled the scene after k!lling his partner.

“While the motive behind this appalling incident remains unclear, domestic vi0lence cannot be ruled out. The man handed himself over to the police yesterday after being on the run for two days.

WALKING IN THE DICTATES
OF THE SPIRIT
ROMANS 8:1
Romans 8:1 THEREFORE, [there is] now no condemnation (no adjudging guilty of wrong) for those who are in Christ Jesus, who live [and] walk not after the dictates of the flesh, but after the dictates of the Spirit. [John 3:18.]
Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life [which is] in Christ Jesus [the law of our new being] has freed me from the law of sin and of death.

Walking in the Spirit is walking in the consciousness of . present; fixing our heart, mind and soul on the word of God for salvation and redemption. Because as many that are led by the Spirit of God are sons and daughters of Godi. Walking in the Spirit is walking with God, knowing His plans and working Romans 8:6 Now the mind of the flesh [which is sense and reason without the Holy Spirit] is death [death that comprises all the miseries arising from sin, both here and hereafter]. But the mind of the [Holy] Spirit is life and [soul] peace [both now and forever].

[That is] because the mind of the flesh [with its carnal thoughts and purposes] is hostile to God, for it does not submit itself to God's Law; indeed it cannot.
A*o then those who are living the life of the flesh [catering to the appetites and impulses of their carnal nature] cannot please or satisfy God, or be acceptable to Him.
But you are not living the life of the flesh, you are living the life of the Spirit, if the [Holy] Spirit of God [really] dwells within you [directs and controls you]. But if anyone does not possess the [Holy] Spirit of Christ, he is none of His [he does not belong to Christ, is not truly a child of God]. [Rom. 8:14.]
But if Christ lives in you, [then although] your [natural] body is dead by reason of sin and guilt, the spirit is alive because of [the] righteousness [that He imputes to you].
And if the Spirit of Him Who raised up Jesus from the dead dwells in you, [then] He Who raised up Christ Jesus from the dead will also restore to life your mortal (short-lived, perishable) bodies through His Spirit Who dwells in you.

LIVING BY THE WORD
1 Samuel 2:3
Talk no more so very proudly;
Let no arrogance come from your mouth,
For the Lord is the God of knowledge;
And by Him actions are weighed.

In the world today we live by ourselves; speak word of condemnation into our lives, children and families without recognizing the consequences of our actions. We live a careless and carefree live; saying and doing thing that displaces God in every way; when the Bible says in the book of proverbs 5:3;

Proverbs 5:1 MY SON, be attentive to my Wisdom [godly Wisdom learned by actual and costly experience], and incline your ear to my understanding [of what is becoming and prudent for you],
Proverbs 5:2 That you may exercise proper discrimination and discretion and your lips may guard and keep knowledge and the wise answer [to temptation].
Proverbs 5:3 For the lips of a loose woman drip honey as a honeycomb, and her mouth is smoother than oil; [Ezek. 20:30; Col. 2:8-10; II Pet. 2:14-17.]
Proverbs 5:4 But in the end she is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a two-edged and devouring sword.
Proverbs 5:5 Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold of Sheol (Hades, the place of the dead).
Proverbs 5:6 She loses sight of and walks not in the path of life; her ways wind about aimlessly, and you cannot know them.
Proverbs 5:7 Now therefore, my sons, listen to me, and depart not from the words of my mouth.
Proverbs 5:8 Let your way in life be far from her, and come not near the door of her house [avoid the very scenes of temptation], [Prov. 4:15; Rom. 16:17; I Thess. 5:19-22.]
Proverbs 5:9 Lest you give your honor to others and your years to those without mercy,
Proverbs 5:10 Lest strangers [and false teachings] take their fill of your strength and wealth and your labors go to the house of an alien [from God.

Psalm 119:9:11
How can a young man keep his way pure?
By guarding it according to your word.
10With my whole heart I seek you;
let me not wander from your commandments!
11I have stored up your word in my heart,
that I might not sin against you.

Guard your words. Speak live always; not sickness, failure or disheartening words into your live, family and your future, Rather speak God’s word and not your word for in God word is life internal giving birth to freedom, blessing and breakthrough.
