SOCIAL MEDIA, MARKETING AND SALES; STRIKING THE BALANCE

Have you noticed how our lives these days are so connected to social media? Literally all of us have in one way or another used Social Media Platforms to communicate, market, sale or just to make noise.

It is common knowledge that almost all of us know how to be online (that’s why you are reading this) but mastering the art and the right use of Social media, sales, and marketing are an area that is interconnected through social media marketing meant to do a number of things:

1. Build awareness
2. Engage with people
3. And ultimately drive sales.

Ultimately, our aim of being online except communication should be to make money by various ways:

1. Creating valuable content (we don’t insult online)
2. Creating a sense of a community
3. And sometimes, it is important to push in a few coins and run some targeted ads. This helps to convert your followers into loyal customers and ultimately make money.

It is important to go onto social media with a strategy. Why?

1. Spend your energies and focus on value to your followers – i.e give tips, add in some inspiration. Don’t dwell too much on promotion of products. People get bored that way.

2. Try to be consistent as much as possible. Try as much as possible to post meaningful content regularly. If you are busy like me, use some scheduling tools to help you out.

3. Be good to your followers as they are your potential customers and buyers. Buyer ni Buyer bane!

4. Try as much as possible to analyze what works and doesn’t work for you. This helps you refine your strategies and improve your sales.

5. Lastly, it is important to ensure that you monitor your competitors. Investigate what people within your space are doing effectively. This helps you to identify potential gaps and opportunities.

Time Management, Priority & Pro-Activeness (actively pursuing)

It is possible to be very busy the whole day but acheive nothing productive. You can be very busy the whole day arguing about sports on social media and even skipping meals in the heat of cadering for politics etc but if u get no benefit out of it.. no emotional, financial, health benefit etc.... its all Vanity.

God gives every persona alive, the same 24 hours in a day. How we prioritize schedules and how we manage our time is Purely what determines who ends their day with better benefit.

Somebody today Made K100 profit within their 24hrs of the day.
Somebody today Incurred K100 debt within their 24 hrs of the day.
Somebody today Misused K100 within their 24 hrs of the day.

Somebody today took advantage of a Job or Business opportunity within their 24 hrs of the day.

Somebody Somewhere Reaped Big Benefits from making Wise Decisions and by being in the Right Place at the Right time with the Right crowd doing the Right thing!

AS MAN QUESTS IN VAIN SEARCH FOR MEANING...

This is the Archetype concept based on Carl Jung's Psychology Theory.

As I understand in this picture, the white outer layer represents the good side, and the black inner layer is the bad side of the same psychological trait (the thin middle layer).

YOU CAN UNDERSTAND IT AS THE CONCEPT OF 'TWO SIDES OF A COIN.'

Therefore, a Magician archetype can represent someone who can create miracles, but also have a "dark" side, of which those miracles can be tricks or deceiving results.
The main trait is Power, which both represent the power to create miracles, but also the power to deceive and control.

WRITE LETTERS OR SEND EMAILS TO ASK FOR INFORMATION. BROWSE THE WEBSITES REGULARLY FOR LATEST NOTICES.
(Kufunsa Sikulakwa, Which Parent will give a child stones to eat, when the innocent child only asked for bread? or, who feeds you with snake when you ask for fish.? if what you ask for, it it is there, then they will give you. If it is not there, they will at least let you know when it may be available.

* IF YOU RUN A PHARMACY, THEY MAY EVEN SUPPLY YOU WITH ("free") VITAL MEDICINES FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

* If you are the Only grocery store within an expance of isolated radius, Companies like cocacola, or trade kings can make a deal for you to be an agent.

Pain changes you into a very different person. Healing is to forget the pain and REMEMBER who you are and get back to being your original self.

Pain changes you into an angry, vengeful, unforgiving, insecure and very untrusting person. Healing is to overcome those strong emotions which changed you into a different angry person to Remember who you are and restore to your original self.

Forget about the pain but do not forget the lessons you learnt from it.
Pain will change you and give you a heart with grudge and bitterness of a wild animal, but HEALING will cause you to REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE.
That you have a human heart, you can adapt, A life of bitterness, anger and Protest is not your portion.

Heal Fast, put the past behind you, Remember who you are and let that attitude be your guiding mentality on your path into the future.You survived the future and you cannot change it.

The Present is a transition moment which shapes your future .

PAIN has caused many children and even fully grown adults to change and become victims of prostitution, Drugs & Alcohol, Crime, liars, Combative and 'All out Rebellious, but Healing will remind you of your human value.

it will cause you to remember that you are not destined for being a victim.

When you remember who you are, you will restore like a prodigal son, you will awake from your temporary madness like Nebuchadnezzar.
A Bible CONTEXT

Judas did not heal from the pain of betraying Jesus. He allowed pain to subdue & rule over him. He failed to Remember that God is a forgiving father. he fell victim to su***de.

Peter experienced Pain of denying Jesus 3 times. The guilt could have led him to su***de himself like Judas but he Remembered who he was, He remembered that He is a disciple, subject to forgiveness and HE CHOSE TO HEAL.

CIVILITY IN THE FAMILY;

Parents must be 'A Listening Government' and Children must be 'An Obedient Citizenry'
Spouses must be 'Submissive Partners' and Siblings must be 'A Cooperative Support Team'

There must be A Working System, an ecology (network of organisms living and working together). Harmony is key.

If the system fails, then members begin to break off. One spouse breaks off from an unsubmitting partner, Children break off from the family finding solace in 'emergency marriages or co-habitations to escape the family, and abandoned siblings seek comfort in gangs, and syndicates to fill up the void from feeling rejection or being neglected, trying to fit in and belong.

The system must sustain itself with each member playing their part diligently to avoid broken ties, broken relationships and FAMILY DISFUNCTION!

Beware of the 'Sleeping Pill'

Too much of anything is bad, or at least produces negative and adverse by products, the worst of which is COMPLACENCY due to COMFORT, SECURITY and OVERCONFIDENCE.

Being Relaxed and taking things easy is a sleeping pill in a healthy dose because things are going well and you can afford to slow down on your efforts for work, prayer life, relationships etc.
BUT;
Being Complacent and taking things for granted is an overdose of sleeping pill capable of leading to blackout and full blown unconsciousness and oblivion to danger, decay and deterioration.

* When you are too comfortable with the way business is running, you run the risk of letting down your guard, you start overlooking small details, you tolerate small and minor losses which in the long term could altogether un the business down, slowly but surely.

* When you are healthy and wealthy your you take God for granted and the

SATAN GIVES YOUR PRAYER LIFE AN OVERDOSE OF THE SLEEPING PILL UNTIL EVENTUALLY YOUR PRAYER LIFE GOES INTO A COMA AND YOU BECOME VULNERABLE TO THE DEVIL'S ATTACKS.

The word Satan means Deceiver, trickster, manipulator, liar, (Mudyelekezi) in common language depicting the nature of the evil one.
The word Devil means Evil or Wicked (Diablos) in common language, depicting the actions of the evil one.

in a non-spiritual context, natural factors that can be a sleeping pill to your general progress in life:
COMPLACENCY (not taking things seriously, relaxing on effort, not being alert to danger)
BEING TOO COMFORTABLE in life; loving sleep, depending on other people to make things work out for you. it puts your progress into SLEEPING MODE or ultimately COMA (unconsciousness).

Dont let your prayer life die, dont allow your devotion to God fall into sleep, dont give room for Coma in whatever plans....

Did you know that Joseph in the Bible was second in Command from the Pharaoh after he was sold out by his brother to slavery in Egypt?

So, with all that power, we can assume that he had the power to send top officials back to his motherland to send a report to his father, Jacob .. or just official stamped letters to report to his dad about what his brothers did, or even send direct letters to his own brothers to shame them that "YOU SOLD ME BUT AM NOW A BOSS HERE, Vice President of some sort, or leader of government.

Even when he was a slave, he could have sent a letter through common travellers and traders back to his family... hand letters.

BUT WHY DID HE NOT DO THAT?

He had more than 40 years to consider these options.
He spent about 13 years in prison after the Potipher's wife incident.

WHY DID HE NOT SEND A REPORT BACK TO HIS MOTHER AND FATHER, kunenela ma brothers bake, ati Mummy, daddy, onani kuno ma guys banafuna kunipaya, then bananigulisa ku buzhike (ku bu kapolo, i.e mum, dad, the guys, my own brothers sold me to slavery)

WHY DID HE NOT DO THAT ?
There were traders travelling everyday, and his home address and family location was a very well known place, not like African Trans-Atlantic slaves who were sent o America with no contacts with family at home. Even if they had contact, how do u report to the chief who sold you legally?

Joseph was sold illegally, his parents were unaware, why did he not even send word to his Parents just to let him know that he was alive, and arrange a rescue mission like LOT, who reported to Abraham when he was kidnapped and captured into slavery?

40 years is a very long time to consider these options!
He even had powers to send an Egyptian army to raid his small family and abduct his 11 brothers or even use tricks to ask the Pharaoh ati, "I wish to take a diplomatic tour to Israel, to secure Trade agreements with the communities there, i need an army es**rt" etc,
But HE DID NOT DO THAT. WHY?
