Leadership is influence

If you are to be called a leader, you must be able to command influence. Without influence you will just be a person in a leadership position but with no relevance more like a sign post or rubber stamp.
A leader sets the goal, gives direction and moves into that direction to achieve the goal. Remember, leadership is influence and you can influence a person, a group, community or nation.
Be a person of influence today and that influence should be positive so that you better your immediate community.
