INTERNATIONAL CIRCLE OF FAITH- ICOF
It is the only and second to none recognized by USA GOVERNMENT.
What a journey God has taken us through in the last few years. Never would we have imagined that the International Circle of Faith (ICOF) would become a global fellowship of apostolic leaders! The question, both verbalized and non-verbal is, “What is the International Circle of Faith?”

The International Circle of Faith (ICOF) is a 21st-century movement of God, pursuing the restoration and continuation of the original apostolic message, authority, power, and anointing. It was founded by group of believers lead by Bishop George Wade (PAW and PAJC),
ICOF has united ministers and ministries all around the world. Our goal is Unity – not further division.

Our purpose is to Unite Anointed Kingdom Minded New Testament ministers fulfilling the prayer Jesus prayed for the Church that we would all be One.

At International Circle of Faith, we believe that every person has the power to create change and make a difference in the world. Our mission is to support and encourage people of faith from all walks of life to reach their full potential as leaders and followers of Christ. By bringing together anointed kingdom-minded leaders, we seek to create a unified body of believers with a shared vision and purpose. We invite you to join us on our mission to bring the gospel of Jesus to the entire world.

WHAT IS ICOF?
The ICOF is pastors working from sun up to sun down (and perhaps longer) laboring in their field of labor, sharing the gospel, and doing the important things to make a difference in people‘s lives. The ICOF is a place where women have the freedom to minister in their God-called assignments without fear of reprisal. ICOF is ministers working together, ministers working with government, ministers working with the medical profession to make a difference, and ministers working with the military.

At International Circle of Faith, our mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all corners of the world. We strive to bring not only the message of the gospel but also the joy and hope of a life in Christ to as many people as possible.

PRESIDING BISHOP DR. BERNIE L WADE:
Pastor, teacher, preacher, mentor, author, songwriter, entrepreneur, conference speaker and friend, Dr. Bernie L. Wade Sr. was born on June 29, 1963 in Lakewood, Ohio. Bishop Wade was born into a family of preachers. His father was a minister in both the PAJC and the UPCI as well as instrumental in the establishing of a couple of other organizations. His Grandfather was the late Bishop George Wade (PAW and PAJC), his uncle was the late Bishop C.B. Gillespie who (along with the Wade's) pastor Bishop Ray Cornell re-chartered the PAJC after the UPCI merger.
Bishop Wade was baptized at Grace Apostolic Church in Elyria, Ohio by his father, Bishop Sanford Wade, November 4, 1973 at Grace Apostolic Church, Pastor Paul Kearney's church. He received the Holy Ghost at his home church Apostolic Faith Church of God, Columbia Station, Ohio on November 5, 2007. From a very young age, he was devoted to the gospel and in 1979; Bishop Wade began fulfilling his call to the ministry as a youth minister.
Now, over 25 years later he serves the International Circle of Faith (ICOF) as Presiding Bishop. ICOF is a 21st Century movement of God, pursuing the restoration of the apostolic message, authority, power, and anointing around the globe. This global, multiracial, multi-cultral, nondenominational fellowship has 40,000 active ministers. Using some unique concepts, staffed with a team of talented ministers, and focusing on tearing down man-made walls of division, ICOF is bringing real unity to the body of Christ. ICOF is now focused on the more than 100 Bible Colleges, Universities and Seminaries under International Circle of Faith Colleges and Seminaries and in partnership with Global Evangelical Christian college (GECC). Today ICOF has a presence in over 100 countries and key leadership in over 50 countries. In addition to an exhaustive speaking schedule, Bishop Wade contributes to a number of major international conferences. He is also a popular guest speaker at many conferences, crusades, camp meetings, special meetings, etc.
Dr. Wade holds 4 doctorates; theology, divinity, Non-profit Management, and pastoral counseling. He is the visionary behind the vast network of colleges, universities, and Bible colleges, that make up the accredited non-traditional programs offered through International Circle of Faith Colleges and Seminaries. Dr. Wade serves this vast network as Chancellor of the Colleges. Because of his commitment to quality education he serves on the board of the Association of Christian Universities.

The American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation (Formerly AAHE) is the oldest association in the United States dedicated to the advancement of higher education.

AAHEA, The American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation, has literally set the standards in higher education in the USA for 140 years through our research, publications, conferences, and partnerships. AAHEA's primary function is to assure and strengthen academic quality and ongoing quality improvement in academic courses, programs and degrees. The United States Department of Education recognizes AAHEA as a higher education organization. For details check the AAHEA website.

The AAHEA history began in 1870 when the National Education Association (NEA) established a department of higher education. The AAHEA department of NEA was disbanded in 1924, then reactivated in 1945. In 1958 the department was renamed The Association for Higher Education. In 1968, the NEA voted to move into collective bargaining. The higher education department in turn voted to become an "NEA associated organization." In February 1969 the NEA Board voted not to support the new associated organization and in March 1969 a group of 300 members of the department pledged to take out life memberships in what was now being called AAHEA, to raise funds so the department could continue as an independent organization. AAHEA was incorporated as a self- governing, non-profit organization in the District of Columbia in March 1969.Since then, AAHEA, The American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation, flourished and became recognized as a prestigious, scholarly and highly respected institution that provided research, guidance and knowledge to devoted educators in the USA and around the world.

AAHEA, The American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation, carries forward a long tradition of ensuring quality, accountability, and improvement in higher education. Recognition by AAHEA affirms that standards and processes of accreditation are consistent with quality, improvement, and accountability expectations that AAHEA has established. AAHEA will recognize regional, specialized, national, international and professional educational institutions. While the AAHEA is not listed by CHEA, the US Council of Higher Accreditation Association, AAHEA believes to offer the best in traditional services and non-traditional accreditation and recognition programs available. Note that earning an accreditation in the United States of America is voluntary & non governmental process.

Bircham International University was admitted as member of AAHEA in October 2009. In November 2009, BIU presented the complete application for accreditation. During that time AAHEA requested documents, evidence and explanations to ensure the quality, accountability, and improvement in the higher education provided by Bircham International University, and its compliance with the US “Generally Accepted Accrediting Practices” (GAAP) established by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) as a standard desirable reference for USA higher education.

In June 2010, Bircham International University was granted full accreditation from AAHEA, The American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation.

In May 2013, Bircham International University went through a re-accreditation review. BIU full accreditation from the American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation was renovated. According to Prof. Stephen Barnhart, Ed.D., AAHEA CEO, and Prof. Christopher Campbell, MBA, Ed.D., the evaluation results of Bircham International University were above and beyond the standard accreditation requirements.

In May 2019, Bircham International University went through a new re-accreditation review. BIU full accreditation from the American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation was successfully renovated. The conclusion from the accreditation team assessing the past 10 years of operations and student results is: "job well-done".

In September 2022, Bircham International University went through a re-accreditation review that concluded with the successfully continuation of BIU full accreditation from the American Association for Higher Education & Accreditation.
