Victory through Christ
1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

If God has a habit victory is top on that list.The manifestation of His presence is victory.His will,justice, judgment, commandments, statutes,ways etc.are birthed in victory and a direct result of victory.We being His offspring are not a reflection of our maker when we fail to partake of His victory.victory is in our dna through Jesus Christ.

Prayer.
Victory belongs to Jesus and I dwell in Christ and He dwells in me therefore I'm one with victory in Jesus name.

Salvation call
Lord have mercy on me for my sins,I surrender all to you and lead me in your ways.Jesus come into my life and be my Lord and saviour.

Expediency vs edification
1 Corinthians 10:23 All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.

That which is expedient if it edifies us not then we are occasioning harm to our walk with Christ.Let us not use our liberty to separate ourselves from His Love because He has given us free will.Our integrity of heart should speak for us and the conviction to Christ.

Pride
James 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

Pride distances us from God's presence.our verse today points to that fact that He resists the proud.Our Lord opposed the proud and we can use this test to know if we abide in His presence.

love your enemies
1 Samuel 24:17 And he said to David, Thou art more righteous than I: for thou hast rewarded me good, whereas I have rewarded thee evil.

Loving your enemies is actually more advantageous to you than to the person you consider your enemies.There is more for you to benefit from loving your enemy than hating them.This is a spiritual mystery that men that walk according to the spirit employ in life.

Purposes
Ephesians 1:11 In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will:

Purpose for life is in Him through whom we have obtained an inheritance.By His will we live and find our purpose which is in him.what this verse is showing us is our purpose is not in self or anything else but in Christ who created us for His own purpose.

Lord I submit my life to your purposes and your will.

As a royal priesthood one needs to submit to God's way.Gods direction and purpose.our lives are lived through the priesthood is our way into the knowledge and power of the risen king.

Mind of the flesh vs the mind of the Spirit
Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.(KJV)

[5]For those who are according to the flesh and are controlled by its unholy desires set their minds on and pursue those things which gratify the flesh, but those who are according to the Spirit and are controlled by the desires of the Spirit set their minds on and seek those things which gratify the [Holy] Spirit.(AMP)

The battle ground is the mind and we should watch what our mind is been fed on thats where all desires proceed from the mind whether the desire for things of the Holy Spirit or the desire for unholy gratifications.Whatever conquers the mind has conquered the body and soul.This verse gives a clear picture on how the mind can colonise our existence to what it yields to.

Lord I have the mind of Christ let mind be subject to the Holy Spirit.
