A WORD FOR PASTORS AND MEMBERS .

As a pastor if the church can't take care of your needs ,get a business so you will not be a burden. Don't go into full time ministry before your church can manage to take care of you. Don't quit your job yet.

Some churches have people with financial capacity to be a blessing but they don't have the ability and heart to do so.

The work needs willing people. Man of God, you can't be calling members for tithe every month end. They will not respect you. Pray for people who can reason and make sacrifices unto the Lord by being a blessing to you. Most of these churches pastors are suffering and they don't know how to speak to members with fear of losing them. Some pastors have rent, school fees and even medical bills but they won't say and they will be smiling and preaching on Sunday like everything is ok but they are suffering in silence.

This is why many churches close. The Pastors who have quit today were not meant to quit but they didn't have people to help them. It's not easy to be a Pastor.

Having an opportunity to be a pastor for 15years and having an opportunity to have Churches in Sinda,katete,Chadiza,chipata, Lundazi,magodi,kamilenje and chama, I can tell you that most Pastors quit today because they didn't have support from members but they gave their way to the work of the ministry.

Dear members consider helping your pastors even just delivering a bag of rice or mealie meal once in a while. Pastors don't open up to members.

CHURCH MEMBERS WHEN LAST DID YOU PUT YOUR PASTOR ON YOUR BUDGET?

Galatians 6:6
- “Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches”

Paul’s saying: if someone is feeding you God’s Word, bless them in return — with support, honor, and generosity.

CALL YOUR PASTOR TODAY AND BLESS HIM.

Spending hours in prayer today for people and the ministry this is what the Lord had put upon my spirit.

[14] How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? [15] And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”

This morning may the Lord give you Grace to preach the gospel to others. Be the reason someone believes in God and knows about Jesus Christ.

1 Peter 3:10–12

God’s Word reminds us that a joyful and peaceful life begins with the way we live and speak. “If you want to enjoy life and see many happy days, keep your tongue from speaking evil and your lips from telling lies.” Our words carry power—they can bring life or cause harm. When we choose kindness, truth, and grace, we invite God’s favor into our lives.

The passage continues: “Turn away from evil and do good. Search for peace, and work to maintain it.” Peace doesn’t just happen—it’s something we intentionally pursue. God watches over those who do right, and His ears are open to their prayers. But those who turn to evil close themselves off from His blessings.

May the Lord bless his word this morning.
