Join Wycliffe South Africa from 21–27 September 2026 for our Annual Week of Prayer for Bible Translation. Together, we seek God's guidance, lift translation teams, and pray for communities still waiting to hear God speak in their own language.

As followers of Jesus, we are called to be His ambassadors, each playing a unique role in His global mission of Bible translation. Here are some ways you can get involved:

- *Pray for People*: Whether it's individuals in your family or communities around the world, pray for their transformation through Scripture.

- *Share the Good News*: Teach the next generation that God loves all people, regardless of where they live or what language they speak.

- *Support Young Adults*: Help young adults discover their Kingdom purpose, recognizing that each person has a unique set of gifts and talents to contribute.

- *Give to the Mission*: Contribute to advancing God's global mission, whether through a monthly donation, supporting a specific missionary, or funding projects.

- *Serve in Bible Translation*: Join the movement by actively participating in Bible translation efforts.

There are many ways to get involved. Together, we can use our unique gifts and talents to advance God's Kingdom, trusting that He will empower His people to make disciples of all nations!

The ultimate goal of Bible translation goes beyond the translation itself; it aims to help people understand God's Word so they can be transformed by it. The work continues beyond simply providing a written or oral translation. Language communities must learn how to engage with and apply Scripture in their daily lives.

Projects such as Scripture Engagement Training in Togo and Benin are actively training and equipping leaders to teach Bible literacy in thirteen different Bible translation projects across the region.
