💕 THREE YEARS AGO… THIS CAKE GAVE ME A CHALLENGE! 🎂✨
Back in July 2023, one of my top clients challenged me to make a two-tiered pink Sweet 16 cake for her daughter. It was my very first two-tiered cake, and the inspiration I was given was originally made with fondant. But I had to recreate it using buttercream—and yes, I had to stack FOUR cakes to bring the design to life! 😅🎂
What made it even more special was that it was for a young girl I had personally watched grow up. ❤️
And honestly… LOOK AT HER! 😍 Three years later, I still look back at this cake with so much pride. It remains one of my absolute favorites and a beautiful reminder of how far I’ve come as a baker.
