SERMON; GENUINE FAITH AND LOVE

Scripture Reference; James 2: 14-17

The Bible says that faith should match our actions. True Christianity is about love. When you love someone, you will care for them, and protect them. Love shouldn't only be from the lips, it should be genuine, sincere and unconditional.

If we say that we have faith, then we should have the love of Christ in our hearts. Jesus Christ came to demonstrate true love and how a believer should be. He has left the example each of us should live by; loving others genuinely and sacrificially.

Jesus died for us so that each time we approach God asking for mercy, the blood of Jesus locates us and speaks for us.

Faith is the word of God, because the Bible says that faith comes by hearing, and by hearing the word of God. Hearing and acting according to God's word is a demonstration of the faith we have in God.

Genuine love is sacrificing for others, and caring for others. Jesus Christ sacrificed for us to demonstrate his love for us. He died for our sins!

Are you ready to suffer because of someone?

Genuine love is caring for others and carrying each other's burdens. Do you care for others?

Genuine love is seen in our actions, because the Bible tells us that we are known by the fruits we bear.

The only way you can ever love someone genuinely is if you have the love of Christ in you. Jesus Christ should be your first love!

When God steps in, demons flee!

The Man of God leads the congregants in Mass Prayer. He charges them to pray;

-- Wherever they have buried my name, my family, my business, my finances, and my marriage; I use my spiritual shovel to dig out them out, in the name of Jesus!
-- Whatever or whomever is holding my glory, my potential; Holy Ghost Fire!!
-- I speak deliverance from anything or anyone who is holding me captive, in the name of Jesus!
-- Whatever or whomever is blocking my talent, my potential and my star from shining; Holy Ghost Fire!!
-- Every evil pot, where they have put my name, my talent, my family, my marriage, my business ; Holy Ghost Fire!!!
-- I am covered with the blood of Jesus, in the name of Jesus. My family and everything connected to me is covered with the blood of Jesus, in the mighty name of Jesus!!

Wherever you are, distance is not a barrier to the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, ask him to touch your heart. Every evil and demonic altars raised against you shall bow at the feet of Jesus!!!

I will praise You, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works.
~ Psalms 9:1

The Lord never ceases to amaze us with His marvellous works in our lives. He's will for us is good, pleasing and perfect.

The AOLD Choristers declare the awesomeness of God as they lead the congregants in praise and worship.

IT IS TIME FOR INTERCESSION

Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.

Children of God, we serve a good, merciful and loving God! His love carries us, restores us, and redeems us.

We are here today not because we are intelligent, powerful, mighty or wise, but because the mercy and Grace of God is at work. Therefore, children of God, let us say thank you to the Lord Almighty for the gift of life. Let us thank him for redeeming us, for restoring us and for loving us unconditionally.

Open your hearts and pray, ask for the mercy of God to locate you in every area of your life. Let his mercy speak for you and cover you, in the name of Jesus!

His mercy is new every morning. Position your hearts to receive the mercy of God.

We thank the Lord for his Mercy, his Grace and his Favour. We commit our lives, our families and our ministry in the Lord's hands.
