*Good Morning*
*Welcome To Another Beautiful Day*

*Morning Prayer*
*Psalm 121:1-2*
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

*Inspiration*
As Christians, we should never forget that God is the source of all of our help. In times of need and distress, He will send us people and things to help us but we shouldn't see the people as the source. They are just God's vessels who are doing His work in our lives.

*Prayer*
Dear God, I thank you that my help comes from you. In times of distress, no matter how overwhelmed I may feel, I know that I can trust in you, Lord. You are my guide and my strength. You keep me when the world tries to tear me apart. In Jesus' name, I pray. *Amen.*

*God Bless You All*
*Have A Wonderful Day Ahead*

10 For as the rain and snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth, Making it bear and sprout, And providing seed to the sower and bread to the eater,

Focus Verse of the Week

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)

Who is this Son? Even he who is the Son of God, his own Son, his only begotten Son, his beloved Son, the dear Son of his love. All of this reveals his love in the gift Jesus, who was to be the covenant and Lord, to be the Savior of us, and a sacrifice for us by delivering him up into the hands of men, trial, and death. This is a free gift of God's love, a very large and comprehensive one; it is unparalleled and unspeakable, unchangeable and irreversible.

(Adapted from John Gills's Exposition of the Bible.)

A Thought to Keep

May your mind be on the Son of God this week as you celebrate His birth and remember His sacrifice for us.

What do you want people to know about you?

It can be so tempting to curate our online presence to impress others: nice meals we’re enjoying, exotic places we’re visiting, popular people we’re spending time with. Those things are fine to share. But Jesus didn’t say He would use our accomplishments to draw people to Himself. He said that it would be our love (John 13:35).

This year, start making it a habit to regularly share His transforming love...

WHAT DOES LOVE LOOK LIKE?
Take a minute to pause and think about what words you’ve said (or typed) this past week. Would you say you’re known for how you love others?

This is real love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

1 John 4:10

As Christ followers, we have a unique opportunity to bring hope where there is chaos, and to spread love where there is hurting.

Dear friends, since God loved us that much, we surely ought to love each other.

1 John 4:11

Right now, reflect on God’s unconditional love for you.

BEHIND EVERY CHALLENGE

📜📜```TEXT:JOHN 9:1-7```📜📜

🔑📖```KEY VERSE:``` _"Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him" (JOHN 9:3).

We should follow the example of our Lord Jesus Christ in His perception of intricate problems. While here in the world, He encountered difficulties that both His disciples and those outside expected Him to deal with. There was a wide gulf between the two on how they viewed such issues. Where others saw a crisis and despair, our Lord interrogated them with an opportunity to behold the glory of God. An understanding of these contrasting positions is key to building our faith.

When Jesus saw a man blind from his birth, His followers asked an intriguing question: "Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind?" Their poser sprang from an erroneous Jewish tradition that physical infirmity was the consequence of the breach of God's laws. Instead of going into arguments about Jewish customs, He educated them about the dynamics of the kingdom of God, pointing out that what the ordinary eyes saw as problems were opportunities for God to exhibit His glory. In other words, behind every apparent enigma, there is an opening for God to perform and attract praises to His name. Jesus moved on to prove His point by healing the blind man in a dynamic manner.

As believers, we should not fret or panic when difficulties arise in ministry or secular life. We must trust Him for the right solution that only heaven can provide. And we must obey without hesitation what He asks us to do as the blind man did and got his blessing.

✍```THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:``` Be prepared for God's miracles when difficulties arise as you stand your ground.

*The Bible Begets New Life*

Being born again . . . by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. *1 Peter 1:23*

In the Bible the will of God is revealed. The truths of the Word of God are the utterances of the Most High. He who makes these truths a part of his life becomes in every sense a new creature. He is not given new mental powers, but the darkness that through ignorance and sin has clouded the understanding is removed. The words, “A new heart also will I give you,” mean, “A new mind will I give you.” A change of heart is always attended by a clear conviction of Christian duty, an understanding of truth. He who gives the Scriptures close, prayerful attention will gain clear comprehension and sound judgment, as if in turning to God he had reached a higher plane of intelligence.

The Bible contains the principles that lie at the foundation of all true greatness, all true prosperity, whether for the individual or for the nation. The nation that gives free room for the circulation of the Scriptures opens the way for the minds of the people to develop and expand. The reading of the Scriptures causes light to shine into the darkness. As the Word of God is searched, life-giving truths are found. In the lives of those who heed its teachings there will be an undercurrent of happiness that will bless all with whom they are brought in contact.

Thousands have drawn water from these wells of life, yet there is no diminishing of the supply. Thousands have set the Lord before them, and by beholding have been changed into the same image. Their spirit burns within them as they speak of His character, telling what Christ is to them and what they are to Christ. . . . Thousands more may engage in the work of searching out the mysteries of salvation. . . . Each fresh search will reveal something more deeply interesting than has yet been unfolded.
