Christ Connect Family Church Zambia drew inspiration for the Copperbelt Macedonian Call Mission from the Second Missionary Journey of Apostle Paul that led to the gospel reaching Europe through a vision he received at night (famously called the Macedonian Call). In partnership with Campus Crusade for Christ Zambia, the purpose of this mission is to win, build and send Christ-centered multiplying disciples who, in turn, will launch spiritual movements and church groups. The mission is targeting Agora places (market places), school, higher learning institutions, streets and whole communities in two Copperbelt Districts namely Kitwe and Kalulushi.

Serving God has no age restrictions, the Bible says in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Do not let anyone look down on you because you are young, but be an example for the believers in your speech, your conduct, your love, faith, and purity.”

The Bible also urges young people in Ecclesiastes 12:1 to remember their creator in their Youth.

“Remember now your Creator in the days of your youth, Before the difficult days come, And the years draw near when you say, “I have no pleasure in them”:”

God has a great place and plan for young people in the Great Commission. He has used young people to fulfill His Purposes throughout history and he continues to use young people now.

‭It is therefore such a blessing to see young people accepting the call to go and work in the Heavenly Father’s field. Young people accepting the call to fulfill the Great Commission

“After this the Lord chose another seventy-two men and sent them out two by two, to go ahead of him to every town and place where he himself was about to go. He said to them, “There is a large harvest, but few workers to gather it in. Pray to the owner of the harvest that he will send out workers to gather in his harvest.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭10‬:‭1‬-‭2‬ ‭GNT‬‬

The church has been praying and God is sending more and more workers to GO and gather the harvest in HIS field.

In Acts 16:9-10, Paul received a vision of someone calling for him and his team to go preach the Good News of Jesus Christ in Macedonia. Immediately after receiving the vision, Paul and his team accepted the call and went to Macedonia to preach the Gods News to the people there.

In the spirit of that call, Christ Connect Family Church Zambia and Campus Crusade For Christ Zambia have heard the Copperbelt Macedonia Call and have accepted the call.

“That night Paul had a vision in which he saw a Macedonian standing and begging him, “Come over to Macedonia and help us!” As soon as Paul had this vision, we got ready to leave for Macedonia, because we decided that God had called us to preach the Good News to the people there.”
