Proposed structure:
Leadership will come from a board of directors instead of an individual. The board of directors will have a president/chairman and a vice-president. Members of the board ( # to be determined) will consist of the heads of the different proposed departments (“the squads”). S4G aka “the squad” will be staffed by

OBJECTIVES
a) To proclaim and spread the Good news of the Risen Christ Jesus to our four main targets; young professionals/adults, youth, teenagers and children. b) To come up with creative and fresh ideas on how to spread this good news using means that attract our targets
c) To undertake ,promote, develop and execute these ideas as S4G or by partnering with related parties
d) To provide charitable special events, sporting events and entertainment events that are purpose driven and target oriented
e) To carry on community service and volunteer events and activities to affected communities with a goal of alleviating pain, hunger, poverty, and suffering by the provision of sporting and entertainment events, food drives, clothes giveaways, fundraisers, and different Christian services i.e. bible and Christian material distribution, teen counselling, bible study etc
f) To provide adequate information on AIDS and STD, and also services to detect and treat STD and HIV. To provide adequate information on alcoholism and drugs and offer solutions out of addiction. g) To apply for grants of any power which may be conferred by any Legislative or Government authority or any licensee or franchise that may appear conducive to the interest of S4G, and to enter into contracts, agreements or partnerships with persons, companies, authorities, businesses, Governments etc which may be beneficial to our targets. g) This ministry is a charitable ministry, non-profit and non-political
h) S4G will be registered and headquartered in Nairobi, Kenya
i) Establish departments and operate departments that will perform all the activities and services regarding and on behalf of S4G. these departments will be:
i) Praise team (set it off praise squad; SOPS)
ii) Kids Ministry-Kids 4 God (K4G)
iii) Evangelists & Disciples 4 God (ED4G)
iv) S4G Entertainment
v) S4G apparel
vi) S4G publications
vii) S4G fundraising squad (Get Money Squad; GMS)
viii) Administration squad (ADS)
j) S4G will do all such lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any other that will help our objectives. S4G Ministries –Departments or units (aka “the squads”)
1) PRAISE TEAM (SET IT OFF PRAISE SQUAD;S.O.P.S)
The praise team will lead praise and worship when we are visiting a church or having a conference, crusade. S4G dancers will accompany the praise team whenever they are ministering. The praise team members will be saved Christians under the guidance and leadership of the Holy Spirit; they will also be curtain raisers/crowd warmers, when hosting a concert or gospel party.
2) KIDZ MINISTRY- KIDS 4 GOD (K4G)
This ministry will cater for kids between the ages of 5-12, providing children events for them that are bible based i.e. fun days, trips, camps, educational kids workshops, access to programs, resource centres i.e. Eventually they will be a group of young kids who use talents and skills to entertain crowds in different things i.e. acrobats, dancing, music, acting, arts etc. we will have an annual K4G explosion which will be hosted by S4G ministries and open to all. The event will be categorized into comedy, music, skits & drama, poetry & spoken word, traditional songs
3) ED4G (EVANGELISTS & DISCIPLES 4 GOD)
This will include preachers, evangelists, and intercessors. They will be responsible for putting together crusades and seminars and prayer events
They will work closely with the publication department to provide and supply spiritual material. They will put up different services in different venues, visit and minister in churches
4) S4G ENTERTAINMENT
SPORTS
They will host sports events i.e. social matches/tournaments, basketball, rugby, swimming, etc
Provide sports clinics i.e. golf, tennis, basketball, soccer, martial arts. Form a martial arts tournament which will be annual in conjunction with Scorpions Martial Arts
MUSIC
Will include rappers and singers
Provide music lessons and equipment lessons
Form a recording company
EVENTS
Host gospel parties partnering with celebrity gospel artists
Concerts, conferences, conventions, talent shows
Fashion shows (S4G will have its own models and eventually model it’s on clothing line)
Trips and outings
Social/family events, gospel outreach i.e. camps, VBS, Overnight prayers/praise and worship
ACTING
Theatre, drama, Skits, plays, poetry, spoken word, comedy etc
MEDIA
TV and Radio i.e. documentaries, interviews, music shows, videos etc
5) S4G APPAREL
Provide fashion shows with clothes
Promoting and marketing different S4G lines
Print logo and other designs on T-shirts, jeans, shoes, jewellery, hats, bands etc
Eventually get a clothing line/brand
Exclusive S4G clothing store
6) S4G PUBLICATIONS
Will be in charge of all S4G publications i.e. newsletters, press kits, articles, pamphlets, bookmarks, magazines, bible study material, spiritual novels and books, brochures, promotional material for the ministry and for events
7) S4G FUNDRASING SQUAD (GET MONEY SQUAD/ GMS)
Will be in charge of all S4G publications i.e. newsletters, press kits, articles, pamphlets, bookmarks, magazines, bible study material, spiritual novels and books, brochures, promotional material for the ministry and for events
8) ADMINISTRATION SQUAD (ADS)
In charge of day to day running of the S4G offices
Includes but not limited to:
Secretary
Ass secretary
Treasurer/Accounts clerk
Office assistant
Receptionist
Media department i.e. video, pictures and print / web designer and updater
N/b the ADS will be the only unit that has paid staff
Advisory committee
Will be selected by the president
Will be spiritually sound people
Knowledge of the works of a ministry this magnitude
Expertise in one or more if the units
Leadership experience etc
Membership packages
1) Unit staff membership packages
This is for those people who can avail themselves regularly to facilitate the different departments. These people work for S4G ministries. Preferably local residents.
2) General membership package
This is for anyone and everyone willing to be part of S4G ministries. Local, national or international,
Benefit packages included for membership subscription. Opportunities available to switch to unit staff package. Opportunities available to work for S4G in any particular event especially if the event is in your home town or city
General membership will be the main way to reach many people
To follow with our motto: built to go. Every member especially the general membership package holders, will be sent a “built to go training package”. This will include different bible material, teachings and documents to equip the reader. After successfully completing the requirements of the package, the recipient will be officially a member of “the squad” and will be sent a “commissioned to go winning souls for God” package illustrating how to go about fulfilling the will of God through ways you are comfortable in. Encouragement and strength material will be sent regularly through the S4G publications and subscribed e-mail addresses
Unit staff package members will go through the same process including seminars, workshops, re-treats etc.
