TRUSTING GOD'S FAITHFULNESS
Isaiah 43:2 NIV
says, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."
Our God is a promise-keeper, faithful to His Word. He is a God who never goes back on His word, and what He says is what He will do. Trusting God means trusting Him with all your heart and leaning not on your own understanding or knowledge, but obeying every instruction He has given you.
God is always faithful to His Word. When He speaks, it will come to pass. As Isaiah 55:11 says, "So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth: it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."
As you present your petition before the throne of God, approach with meekness, thanksgiving, and a clean heart. God's Word is our mandate and constitution, a right that every believer must claim and possess. Luke 1:37 reminds us, "For no word from God will ever fail." This scripture showcases God's reliability and trustworthiness in keeping His promises.
God's spoken word brought forth creation, demonstrating His power and authority. His words are not mere words, but carry the weight of His power and purpose. Genesis 1:3 says, "And God said, 'Let there be light,' and there was light."
Proverbs 3:6 encourages us to "submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." May we trust in God's faithful Word, knowing it is true and shall always come to pass.
May you be blessed, and may you continue to trust God in everything.
