DISCOVER YOUR GOD AND SUCCEED
(Daniel 11:32)

12 Years ago, the hunger to be successful in life became heavy on me, and this led me to read anything called Success I could bumped my foot on, but in the end nothing made sense to me. So I decided to go on a brutal meditation and out of that rugged commitment, I wrote a book called "The Enemies of Success" with 7 chapters, but still I felt it wasn't exactly what I needed.

I abundon that project and decided to go to God in an intense prayer, and His response to me was, "Discover Your God and Succeed." Whatever else you have, know or doing, if you haven't found and known your God yet, you (and I) have nothing to boast about. Abraham, Moses, Paul and many others found and discovered their God. Paul preached the God He saw and knew, and not the one He heard from Peter.

Can we pay the price and seek the God who is already in us by salvation?

TOPIC: NINE (9) WAYS THE DEVIL ATTACKS OUR DESTINY FULFILLMENT (1st & 2nd Service)
TEXT: Job 2:7; Luke 13:16; Matt. 13:24-30; I Sam. 17: 4-9
INTRODUCTION
We have established that Destiny Fulfillment is:
(1) Destiny fulfillment is the substantiation of the celestial locus standi of your existence.
(2) Destiny fulfillment is to accomplish everything you are designed by God to accomplish.
(3) Destiny fulfillment is to capture the picture of your creator for your creation.
(4) Destiny fulfillment is to live out the mind of God for your life.
(5) Destiny fulfillment is achievement of completeness of divinity in your humanity for maximum result
(6) Destiny Fulfillment is the terminus windfall in human beings and the completion of your responsibility in your atmospheric strata
(7) Destiny fulfilment is the end-point accomplishment resultantly in your humanity voyage…
The following are the Nine (9) Ways The Devil Attacks Our Destiny Fulfillment:
(1) Satan (Job 2:7; Luke 13:16)
Every day you must bind the activities of the enemy so that you’ll fulfill destiny.
(2) Through ungodly men (II Timothy 4:14; Prov. 25:5).
The problem of this Nation is wicked men and women… What is the Agenda of the wicked? They cause (a) Calamity (b) Untimely death (c) Tragedy (d) Sudden Loses (e) Unexplainable bad luck. Example of wicked people in the Bible: (a) Delilah – Delilah may look like comfort but enslaves people’s glory. (b) Ahithophel – Conspirator. Conspirators must be scattered by prayers (Gen. 11:8; Acts 23:12-13)
(3) Through the World’s System (2 Peter 2:8).
You have no right to complain over what you permit…
(4) Man’s Fallen Nature (Romans 7:14-17).
So many are not able to fulfill destiny because of insistence in iniquity e.g Samson. Sin once graduated, it becomes iniquity (when one is in iniquity it means he/she’s bended).
(5) Carnal Christianity (II Timothy 4:10)
Carnal Christianity can truncate your destiny fulfillment. Evil spirits are like vultures – deal with them. Not all destinies which are truncated are from the devil; some are carnality oriented.
(6) Inherent weakness, frailties and infirmities.
Many people constantly look at their inadequacies and lose sight of what Jesus has done for them; just like Moses, when he encountered God, he made reference to his inabilities; but God is aware… (Acts 7:25). In Jer. 1:10, Jeremiah said he was a child… Taken to consideration your weakness above God, it deters God from helping you. When you don’t handle your weakness you’ll always make reference to it. Read: Joel 3:10. Even when Paul made mention of his weakness, God said my grace is sufficient in your weakness…
(7) Evil Planters (Matthew 13:24-30).
NOTE: (a) Every man has a field to cultivate; it is a field of destiny. God do not permit any man to be idle in life. There is Ministry, Political, Business fields etc.
(b) Every man is expected to plant a good seed
(c) Every man is expected to harvest
(d) Every man has an enemy – Most enemies are not known; enemies are those who do not like your good seed.
FOUR TYPES OF PLANTING
(a) Planting by WORDS
(b) Spiritual Plantings on Demonic altars
(c) Plantings done in our Day, time and seasons
(d) Seeds planted by authority figures
PURPOSE OF EVIL PLANTINGS
The purpose is to temper with the Outcome of your destiny result.
(8) Goliath (I Samuel 17:4-9)
Goliath stands for the spirit of mockery and reproach. In fulfilling your destiny, you must deal with mockers. When God calls a man, he gives him certain weapon or token and we have several here in the Shepherd’s House that helps us fight the enemy; the stone is also another token. We will use five stones to kill every Goliath in our lives and his four brothers (Read: Joshua 24:26-27; Ezekiel 39:29).
Throughout your life on earth, never forget that the future/destiny you will fulfill is the destiny you dare to speak – OUR SPEAKINGS CREATE OUR REALITY!
When you kill Goliath, don’t go and rest; he has four other brothers: II Samuel 21:16-17.
(1) ISHBIBENOB (The Spirit of strong opposition)
Read: I Cor. 16:9. The purpose is to close our door of destiny fulfillment. Remember, any new step you take, you will always attract ISHBIBENOB. Another purpose is to resist your passage, access and open doors. For forty (40) years Israel was denied access into the Promised Land. Doors can be human beings; they can either break you up or break you down. The difference between the rich and the poor is Access. Numbers 21:22-23. Abisha killed him. Abisha means Father’s help…
(2) Saph (II Samuel 21:18)
The power that drains to the state of stagnation. Stagnation is an evil yoke. What is stagnation?
(a) Adding years without adding value
(b) Fighting Battles instead of moving forward
(c) Making progress towards deterioration
(d) To decrease and decline rather than increase
(e) Absence of progressive and profitable movement.
(f) Life of non-meaningful achievement
(g) Be in one location for too long
(h) Burning fuel, going nowhere.
(3) The brother of Goliath (II Samuel 21:19)
Stands for impossibilities – if you don’t deal with this, God will appear as unfair.
(4) II Samuel 21:20-22 – Giant of defilement and abnormality (Six fingers and six toes).
This would make God in your life as if he is not God. A man is as powerful… if only he does not touch God. don’t be afraid of people who confront your God because they will be judged.

TOPIC: DEFEATING THE POWERS THAT RUBBISH DESTINY (Part 6)
TEXT: JOB 14:1; LUKE 7:31-32
INTRODUCTION
Your greatest enemy on earth is anything that would not allow you to fulfill your destiny. Your destiny is God’s divine agenda for your life. It is your purpose for living; what God has written concerning you.
Destiny is the totality of God’s intention for your life; it is the reality of predestination. Thus, Destiny Fulfillment is the ultimate expression of your vision in your destined location; Destiny fulfillment is the fullness or fulfillment of godliness in your humanness; Destiny Fulfillment is climaxing aggrandizement of your purpose internalization; Destiny Fulfillment is the terminus windfall in human beings and the completion of your responsibility in your atmospheric strata; Destiny fulfillment is achievement of completeness of divinity in your humanity for maximum result…
There are powers that want to rubbish your destiny and we said they are categorized into two: INTERNAL POWERS/ENEMIES and EXTERNAL POWERS/ENEMIES. Internal enemies constitute 90% and external powers are 10%. We have dealt with internal enemies please the CDs from our book shop; we started discussing external enemies and we talked on one enemy called: Powers of the Heavenlies.
Today we will continue with number two external powers/enemies which is ADVERSITY (Prov. 24:10).
There is a day called the day of ADVERSITY. There are three SOURCES of Adversity: GOD, MAN, SATAN bearing on our destiny fulfillment (Job 14:1).
Adversity is inescapable and wants you to fail. If you fail destiny fulfillment is truncated or gained as the case may be. Many can’t fulfill their destinies because they can’t stand pressure.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ADVERSITY:
(1) Adversity is universal (But you must turn it to bread).
(2) Adversity does not discriminate
(3) Adversity shows no mercy (It can pursue you from cradle to grave)
(4) Adversity has no respect at all
(5) Adversity does not require an invitation
(6) Adversity does not issue warning before it comes
(7) Adversity not handled well can lead to untimely dead
(8) Every adversity has an expiry date
WHAT THEN IS ADVERSITY?
(1) Adversity is a state of affliction…
(2) Adversity is contrary situation against a projected expectation
(3) Adversity is reversal manifestation of a man’s desire (Luke 5:1; II Kings 6)
(4) Adversity is when the reverse of your expectation becomes your reality
PRAYER: Bo***ge breaker, JESUS CHRIST, Appear in my situation now!
GOODNEWS: Adversity can be dealt with
WARNING: If you don’t deal adversity, where you believe for bread, you’ll get stone, et ce tra. (It is adversity that turned Nigeria into a war zone and other countries of the world)
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO CONQUER ADVERSITY?
(1) Healthy Spirit
The size of your spirit determines the size of your destiny. It is impossible to have a strong spirit and have a wrong destiny. You can out-grow your infirmity if you can train your spirit – Build spirituality! If you come to church because you like prophecy or miracle too much that substitute the love for God (you come to church as long as God meets your need), you will have a double mouth, you cannot be trusted because any adverse situation can turn you off course.
MATERIAL TO BUILD A HEALTHY SPIRIT: The WORD of God (Also, do stay in His Presence; stay deep in worship). By these you will carry a lighted spirit and that light will quench your night.
(2) Divine Wisdom (I Samuel 18:14)
The mentality of God delivers you from the calamity of life (Eccl. 7:12). Mentality guarantees longevity. To be ‘wiseless’ makes you defenseless; to be ‘wiseful’ makes you ‘defenseful’. To escape adversity, the ability of wisdom is a requirement. WISDOM IS THE ABILITY TO HEAR GOD PERTIME: All financial adversity is lack of the manifestation of wisdom, et ce tra. NOTE: God is not to be explained, He is to be demonstrated.
(3) Manipulation (Luke 7:31-32)
The verse says “Jesus went on to say, “To what, then, can I compare the people of this generation? What are they like? They are like children sitting in the marketplace and calling out to each other: “‘We played the pipe for you, and you did not dance; we sang a dirge, and you did not cry.’ I see some kind of manipulation here, they play MUSIC in the market place the victim dances in the say his/her house et ce tra. Some people are manipulated like that, some wicked people, altar detecting how things should run in their lives: business, ministry, marriage, relationship… but today they catch fire in the mighty name of Jesus.
THERE ARE THREE COMPONENTS OF A DANCE:
(1) Pace (Eccl. 1:9)
(2) Style
(3) Steps
SPIRITUAL PLACES ARE:
(1) Market places (This usually is a place where Satan’s altars are raised John 5:2, Matt. 21:1). (2) Junction (3) Water (4) Gates (5) Shrines Read: Acts 17:17.
Synagogue deals with Religion; Market deals with Spiritual places… The question however is, “When people are playing music you don’t understand; why do you dance?
Manipulation is playing music spiritually but you are dancing the music physically; this is Satan’s trick. Finally, remember, all manipulations are sponsored by tokens. Read: Isaiah 65:8.
I free you from any power that wants to rubbish your destiny in the mighty name of Jesus! Amen.

TOPIC: NO MORE SHAME
TEXT: 1 KINGS 18:1
Christianity is not a hide and seek religion...It is not a religion whereby you're serving God and there's nothing nothing to show....There must be an evidence, something tangible to show.
Many of us are serving God, but there's nothing to show for it... And the Lord told Elijah "Go and show thyself to Ahab. "
You can not serve God without evidence.
When you get the to the level where there's no more shame, your life becomes a life of testimony.
There are FEARS you must conquer for your you not to have shame in your life...
1. THE FEAR OF DEFEAT. ROM. 8:31.
What you're afraid of is equally afraid of you.
Fear is a myth, it does not exist... The first thing you must do for you not to fear defeat is seeing it as nothing... Never you fear defeat. For We're not fighting for victory, we're fighting from victory. Never accept defeat.
2. THE FEAR OF CRITICISM Isaiah 54:17.
At the beginning, it might not make sense but in every nonsense, there's always a sense... They will condemn you but they can not kill you.
If you fear what people will say, you will not make impact..
People talk about a somebody AND not a nobody.... If you are a nonentity, no one will talk about you.
The fear of criticism makes one not to take the next step.... People can only criticize you but cannot crucify you.... No great man gets to the top without criticism.. Even Jesus was criticized ,as long as you're doing what they think you can not do, you must be criticised.
3. THE FEAR OF THE UNKNOWN. 1COR 15:12
Do not be afraid of tomorrow, for tomorrow has been taken care of.
The fear of the unknown, is the worst thing that can happen to man.
Stop thinking of uncertainties ... Let go and let God.
4. FEAR OF DEATH.
Never Fear death,
fear is a lie.
5. THE FEAR OF BETRAYAL.
If the saviour of the world was betrayed, How much more you?
Trust no one but you have to trust someone.. Yes people will betray your trust, but do not use the sin of others to judge Another ..
Fear of betrayal will make you live a lonely life.
People that loves you will stay no matter how bad others talk about you.
6. THE FEAR OF ENEMY.
Do not be afraid... Everyone needs an enemy, if nobody is pursuing, how can you arrive early.?.
Without enemies, victory will not be sweet.
Every great man have enemies... No battles to fight, no victory to win.
More enemies, more success.
Even God has enemies but he will not keep his hands crossed and watch them... And the Bible says "Let God Arise And let his enemies scatter"
When you know you have enemies, you do not need to sit back and do nothing.

TOPIC: DEAL WITH RUBBISH
TEXT: NEHEMIAH 4:10
The number one rubbish you must deal with is INDISCIPLINE.
As a church worker, the first rubbish you must deal with is indiscipline...Anytime you come before the presence of God, you must learn to comport yourself. Be disciplined by the ways you talk and in your actions.
The second rubbish is the WRONG USE OF TIME.
As a church worker, you must learn to be time conscious....If you're not time conscious, you will arrive late in life. You must learn to do the right thing at the right time.
Another rubbish you must deal with is NOT TAKING CORRECTION.
You must learn to heed to correction.. Never you get angry when being corrected.
When you correct someone that has pride, he feels insulted.
If you're so full of yourself, God can not fill you with himself.
Another rubbish you must deal with is LACK OF SELF CONTROL.
As a church worker, you must build yourself with self control.

Topic: BENEFITS OF DIVINE BACKING (1st Service)
Text: PSALM 71:7; 127:3-5
INTRODUCTION
It is important that you know every dealings of God are beneficial; whatever is directed, revealed or commanded by God, the purpose and motive is so that you can benefit. Read: Luke 18:29-30. The backings of Divinity gives you benefit beyond explanation. Whatever God asks you to do, the end is benefit – you will never loose. Now, in serving God there are times his dealings and your service in his house may seem you are losing; eventually you will gain back.
The benefits of Divine Backing added to the others I have given on Wednesday 23rd MAY, 2018 are as follows:
(1) SURVIVAL
Life is a battle, it is a challenge, life is a risk; thus, it is practically impossible to survive without the backings of God. Imagine, if the journey the Israelites went through in the wilderness was without Divine Backing, what would have happened? But the Bible say, there was no feeble amongst them (Psalm 105:37). How could they have survived the pursuit of the Egyptians, the assault of the Amalekites; how would they have crossed the Red sea without DIVINE BACKINGS? How would they have fared or even feed? Divine backing guaranteed the cloud and pillar of fire by night; ONLY DIVINE BACKING GUARANTEES SURVIVAL. You survive when others die remember, life is filled with different pursuit; some are pursued by poverty, unfavorable weather, curses, errors of transition and so on; it is God who guarantees survival.
(2) REVIVAL
Another word for revival is resurrection or restoration; with Divine Backing nothing dies completely (Job 14:9). Divine backing gives you a revival that is greater than the lost. Men with Divine Backing speak with alacrity because of what is behind them. Divine Backing scattered the armies, rolled away the stone, quickened the son of God and brought Him back to life.
(3) PROFITABILITY
In life when we engage in different kind of venture or deals our intentions is normally to make profit; relationship and even coming to church: most times what we do is necessitated because we want to make profit. Read: Luke 5:5 – Peter toiled all night, when divine backing came upon him, he knew the profit he made… GOD USES CASUAL MOMENT TO GIVE TO YOU WHAT PREPARED MOMENTS CAN’T GIVE.
(4) CONQUEST OR VICTORY
Jesus said, destroy this temple and I will raise it up in three days (John 2:19; Mark 14:58). There are enemies in hot pursuit against you but Bible says we wrestle not (Eph. 6:12). We are involve in a war, and without Divine Backing, you’ll not enjoy conquest. CONQUEST is the freedom you enjoy when enemies are vanquished. Without Divine backing you’ll fight to your grave; you will watch what pursued your mother, father and grandparents pursue you to the grave. In life we are pursued from cradle to grave; there are people who fought and fought throughout their lives, in their job and so on until they retire or even die; you need God so that what bury others will not bury you. Read: Psalm 71:7. Remember, you are fighting from VICTORY not for victory. Your conquest is like a mystery because divine backing is the secret. We battle to be conquerors; we do not battle to suffer but to enjoy.
The KEY to turn on Divine Backing is Confidence living. Confidence living destroys fearful existence. The Patriarchs who did mighty things were all men and women full of confidence. Confidence is the invisible materials that can turn visible into what heaven looks like; see the life of Abraham, David, etc. Finally, confidence is rooted in purity and purity is the booster of power.

TOPIC: GRACE FOR DIVINE BACKING
TEXT: MARK 16:20
INTRODUCTION
WELCOME to the month of May, OUR MONTH OF DIVINE BACKING. This month you shall enjoy the backing of heaven in the name of Jesus.
WHAT IS DIVINE BACKING?
(1) Divine backing is the protection, provision and direction guaranteed by divinity on a man’s life for the purpose of exploit. (Divine backing is divine assistance; Divine backing is God’s excess show of kindness towards your life).
(2) Divine backing is the assurance of supernatural intervention of God in our human condition, situation and location.
(3) Divine backing is the involvement of divinity in the pursuit of human endeavor for accomplishment and for achievement. That is to say by divine backing every pursuit should end in accomplishment…
Divine backing ensures that your life is graced by God. Grace is a divine enabling to accomplish divine task which is humanly impossible or impossible with human effort. It is the most prominent element.
Grace is the most prominent element. The essence of Divine backing is for the purpose of destiny fulfillment and grace is the requirement. Divine backing is the summary of Kingdom Realities.
WHAT THEN IS GRACE?
Grace is God’s ability to handle all our human inabilities. Grace is the Almightiness of God invading the helplessness of man. Grace is bringing out the best out of the worst situation of life; grace can turn the worse failure into the best champion. The worse condition is to be alive and GRACELESS. Grace takes you out of the scene and brings God into the scene – bringing God as the center of our manifestation. Grace is God’s goodness poured out upon a man.
Read: Psalm 84:11
Where grace is found, you cannot lack good things. Candidates of grace are candidates of good. Heavy grace equals to weighty goodness. To be graced is to be processed into an enviable status.
Read: 1 Corinthians 15:8-10
When you carry grace, people don’t see you, they see God. Grace is when God display his hands upon your life. To be graced is to be excused out of lack and poverty. It is not possible to be graced by God and be reduced by curses or shame.
WHY IS GRACE IMPORTANT? (AS IT RELATES TO DIVINE BACKING)
(1) Grace changes life, location and situation (1 timothy 1:13-14).
Grace changes a man – see Eph. 3:8, 11 Cor. 10:8-10. There is nothing grace cannot produce out of a man; grace is a lifter. Read: Romans 11:6.
(2) Grace takes the least and makes it best; it takes the worse to be the best and celebrated.
(3) The entire works of redemption is predicated on grace.
Read: Acts 11:23
(4) Grace produces see-able evidence. We can’t say you carry grace and there is nothing to show.
Read: Acts 4:33 – ANOTHER LEVEL OF GRACE IS CALLED GREAT GRACE – RECEIVE IT IN JESUS NAME.
(5) Grace manifest power for harvest in your life. Read: John 1:16-17; Psalm 145:15-16 – God does not ration his blessing. Grace is the goodness of God poured out upon a man – Psalm 84:11, Acts 14:17, Psalm 119:90-91.
(6) Grace releases wealth (11 Cor. 8:1-9).
Grace disgraces poverty; grace gives us access to covenant wealth (Psalm 65:9-11). Grace is the conclusion of affliction.
Just like injection handles infection, grace handles affliction. The prevalence of struggles in a man’s life is because of the absence of grace. Grace gives you riches and undermines your sweat; grace disregards your qualification. The killing of Goliath was the operation of Grace. Grace is an invitation for harvest and wealth. Until you access grace riches in life remains a puzzle.
Finally, note that for every miracle you see/read in the Bible, a law was broken; for instance: Jesus broke the law of biology by coming to this world through a virgin; by turning water to wine he broke the law of Chemistry. He broke the law of Physics by walking on water (the sea); he broke the law of economics (demand and supply) by feeding 5,000 people with just 5 loaf and 2 fishes. The arithmetical summation of 1+1+1 = 3 was put aside as he disagreed with mathematics when he said 1+1+1 = 1 (the Trinity); and he broke the law of nature, when he died and came back alive.
I pray for you, from today, whoever you are, grace is taking over your struggles; they will no longer see you, they will see God at work in your life in the mighty name of Jesus.
