Today we had an international meeting with Salesian Missionary Volunteer coordinators and leaders from different countries on:

Psychological Support and Mental Well-Being for Volunteers During Their VMS Experience 🧠❤️

Together, we shared experiences and reflected on the challenges volunteers face, how to recognize difficult moments, support well-being, break barriers around mental health conversations, and integrate these topics into our local realities.

A meaningful opportunity to continue strengthening our accompaniment of volunteers in their mission and well-being.
