*THE MAJORITY WINS*

📖 . _2Chr.32.7 - Be strong and courageous, be not afraid nor dismayed for the king of Assyria, nor for all the multitude that is with him: for there be more with us than with him_ :

Our opening scripture is so profound it reminds us of elisha the prophet when he was attacked by an army. His servant was troubled when he saw the army coming against them, he trembled in fear but the prophet seemed unbothred at all, he was at peace not because he had weapons no, but because he had a revelation and he rested on it. The army was so great as though it was going for wall yet it was assigned to break in a city only to capture one man elisha.

When the servant if the prophet was afraid and told his master, the response was shocking " _2Kgs.6.16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. (KJV)_ " really? We are talking of a mighty army coming against two men yest the man of God said he was the majority. His servant couldn't grasp the truth until the prophet opened his spiritual eyes " _2Kgs.6.17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. (KJV)_ ".

Exactly what we read by king Hezekiah in our opening text when the Syrians attacked him in their numbers but he still recognize the fact by revelation that he was not alone that because God was with him, he was the majority and as we commonly know, the majority wins. Because of this revelation king Hezekiah won the battle and elisha too prevailed against the army until he converted it. Revelation is very powerful especially when it comes to warfare, it is what you know that gives you advantage.

Elisha's servant was serving the man of God yet the multitude he of the angels he saw were only surrounding elisha and not the servant, you can imagine how close these two were but still God chose to surround one who was knowledgeable of what was happening. The realities of God's kingdom they are activated through knowledge which is brought to consciousness and affirmations. If Elisha never had a revelation of who was with him, he would have been captured and killed but revelation preserved him.

Scripture says to us who are saved that " _Rom.8.31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? (KJV)_ ". Meaning that you with God makes the majority. Demons can come against you in their numbers but you with God are too many and you surpas them all in number, strength and power. Be it known to you that the one you have living within your spirit makes you the majority against whatever the enermy can plan against you.

Scripture says " _1John.4.4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. (KJV)_ " you see? Because you have Christ in you, you overpowered satan, both in mighty, wisdom and power. He's no much with you even if the whole hell break losse against you, you have already outnumbered them, open your eyes to God's Word and enjoy victory. Always know that you are the majority in that situation you might be going through right now, truth to be told is that you are not alone in that wilderness, the lord is with you and victory is guaranteed.

I'm of God and through Christ I'm born of Him and He is resident within my being and I can now boldly declare that He who lives within me is greater than he that is in the world, I shall fear no evil because me and God are one and are the majority over every situation glory be to God!

*CHILDREN OF THE COVENANT*

📖 . _Acts.3.25 Ye are the children of the prophets, and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying unto Abraham, And in thy seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed. (KJV)_.

In our opening text, saint petter was reminding the jews how that they are children of the prophets of the old such as Abraham, Elijah, Elisha etc. And also that they are children of the covenant which God made with Abraham and the acient jews or isrealites. In order for man to have access with God, he needs to be in covenant with God, and for as both parties stay committed to the covenant, fellowship will be made possible.

It is for this reason that God established the old testament with the acient isrealites and all that were born prior to the death and ressurection of Christ, were a product of the same covenant. When the old testament was established, God now dwell the the nation of the jews and they became God's people " _Jer.32.38 And they shall be my people, and I will be their God: (KJV)_". But there is something with the old covenant or testament, it's only God that remined sticking and committed to the covenant the isrealites who were in the covenant brock away from it.

Man failed to keep the covenant or the solemn vow he was into with the lord. Infact the mediam or vessel whom God used as a custodian of the covenant was the first to break it, this is moses infact this covenant is named after him it is known as the law of moses " _Mal.4.4 Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments. (KJV)_ ". Meaning that if people were to rebel he is the only one who is supposed to keep it instead he was the first to break it.

So this became crystal clear to God that man cannot keep a vow let alone the covenant. But because salvation could only be made possible by a covenant with the beneficiary of it, God seached among men who He can establish a covenant with and keep it, when no man was found and becouse it will take God and man only, He Himself became a man and so He established the new covenant with the Him that became man.

Technically, God made a covenant with Himself. Because only Him can keep a covenant. God never made a new covenant with us as some suppose it to be, He made the new testament or covenant with Himself. When He was on the cross and blood was shade that was it a covenant was established, every covenant is established by blood. That's why the lord Jesus said " _Matt.26.28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. (KJV)_".

God made a new covenant with the lord Jesus which is Himself, unlike the old testament falks, we are not in any covenant with God. But suppose you ask what business a new creation have with the new testament or covenant? Look, when I married my wife at the alter we made vows which is a testament or covenant God and people being witnesses. Which God later on siled with blood at the wedding night and hence it entered in a vow(Word) and blood covenant with my wife and by virtue of this covenant, my wife automatically has access and rights to all my properties for as long as she is in this covenant withme.

In the process of time my wife conceived and exactly after nine months she brought forth a child for me, my child was never there when we were making vows on the alter and when the covenant was siled by blood, but everything my wife and I owns and will ever own belongs to my son not because we are in a covenant with him but because he is the outcome of the covenant. In this case my son is more advantaged than my wife. It's the same with the new creation and the old testament falks, the old testament falks were in covenant with God while the new creation is the product of the covenant God established with Christ Jesus. Glory hallelujah.

*AFFIRMATIONS*

I know who I'm i, I'm a product of God's eternal covenant with Christ. No devil shall ever intimidate me, everything that belongs to Christ us dutifully mine, yes all things are mine for I'm a beneficiary of the new creation so I will never get to experience the old testament life but the new testament only. Glory hallelujah!!

*YOUR NEW NATURE*

📖 . _1Tim.1.17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV)_.

As a believer it's important you understand your new nature in order for you to manifest your very best. You will never get to know your true nature if you look away from Christ. That's why scripture says " _Heb.12.2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. (KJV)_". This is because when you continuously gaze at Christ you see yourself.

Most believers do not understand who they are that's why they end up functioning as mere men, the best way to understand yourself is by observing Christ, when you observe Him, you will understand Him and when you do, you cease to be a mystery to yourself. There are serious dangers that comes along with ignorance, the moment you are ignorant about a particular thing or matter, the enermy sees it as a wreckage and he capitalize on your ignorance and will triumph over you.

The obstacle believers are facing isn't the devil but ignorance. Most believers have identy crisis. Not economic crisis, not health crisis. If believers will know their identity it will save from all the deliverance we conduct. That's why satan is busy investing all his best in believers ignorance. Believers today enjoy entertainment in church than God's Word, do you think it's a coincidence? No, it's a demonic strategy to keep believers away from knowledge.

I've never stand in a congregation prophesying, healing or conducting deliverance and spot someone sleeping, never but I've cought many sleeping while teaching and I mostly wonder how that a person can be sleeping when the Word is powerfully tought until the lord showed me the spirituality behind. There's a spirit called santaya a monkeylike demon, it cribs on people's heads and it begins to nap and the person will be napping, this all is done with the purpose of keeping a believer in ignorance.

No matter how accurate prophecy can be, it will never get to make you know who you are in Christ that's why most believers with stunting growth comes from the prophetic denominations. In the charismatic ministry the devil has coused believers to focus much on the healings, miracles, prophecies and deliverances and as good as these gifts are, they are a major tool the devil is using to keep believers away from the Word. And all these miracles without the Word of God, they become a cancer to the spirit of a believer at first it looks like growth but before long it becomes an affliction have it in mind that cancer is growth too but not the right one.

That's why petter cried " _1Pet.2.2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: (KJV)_". Gifts such as miracles, prophesy, deliverance and healings gives you but the Word makes you. Anything given to you finishes but what you've been made is eternal and can't be taken away from you. A gifted man can heal you but will still be sick again but the Word does not only heal you, it makes you a healer and gives you divine healing a state were you never get sick again.

Scripture says " _Matt.4.19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. (KJV)_". And the lord is the Word when you follow the Word you are made much more than a gift. When you follow the Word, you will discover that you are a partaker of God's nature which is also recorded in our theme Scripture " _Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever_ ". Meaning that you too are immortal, invisible to defeat, failure, diseases shame etc, and also are wise just like God Himself. Knowing this activates it's realities in you.

*FAITH AFFIRMATIONS*

As the king of glory is in all His majesty so am I. I'm immortal, invisible, indestructible, and wise just like the lord Jesus. I'm reigning all my sphere of contact and as I recieve more insight into God's Word, I become it, i function as God's Word describes me to be and from henceforth I have no fear because as the lord Jesus is in heaven highly exalted, so am I in this Word glory be to God.

*LIVING BY FAITH*

📖 . _Heb.10.38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. (KJV)_.

Our opening scripture is stating the believers life and existence. You see, a believer isn't living by blood " _John.3.6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. (KJV)_". A believer is born of the Spirit but the unregenerated man is born of the flesh. Our life as believers isn't limited by blood nor affected by it " _John.1.13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. (KJV)_". A believer’s life is something flesh and blood cannot understand.

A believer according to our opening scripture lives by faith. This implies that life is by faith, true life is by faith. Without faith there is no life and were there is no life God isn't pleased " _Heb.11.6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. (KJV)_". This is because anything that is not pleasing God is of death. In us God is pleased because when He looks at us He see His own life so it's like we are God's replicates, He see Himself in our version as humans but when He sees the unbeliever, He finds sin.

Faith is life and unbelief is death. Though a believer has past from death to life " _John.5.24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. (KJV)_". If He doesn't walk in faith, he finds himself experiencing death or living as though he too is perishing. Anything that isn't of faith is of death. If faith is left unexercied it will be death that a person will encounter " _Jas.2.20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? (Kjv)_".

If you want to experience the divine life by signs and wonders, then begin to exercise faith, walk by it. Faith is the response of your spirit, soul and body to the Word of God, so faith is doing God's Word. The old testament falks were called to obey the Word but you were called to do it. When you do the Word, you become one with it, you begin to speak it, live the Word and all your actions will be that which God said a beloved is.

Living by faith is living by God's Word which is God's life and it activates or puts it's power in motion. At this time the supernatural becomes natural, miracles suddenly becomes normal. All human limitations becomes limitless to you. Life becomes sweet, and before you realise it, God's glory becomes visible by everyone and is glorified. See to it that you act on God's Word everytime, respond to the Word with joy and take action, walk accordingly, talk it, see it, and above all pray the Word. This is what walking by faith and not by sight is.

*PRAYER*

Heavenly father, thank you for your Word which is my daily meal. From henceforth I will only respond in faith when I face trouble, because I know that my faith is my victory in the name of the lord Jesus Christ.

*REMEMBER YOUR YOUR PASTOR*

📖 . _Heb.13.7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation. (KJV)_.

Those who have rule over you in the context of our today's opening scripture, isn't your boss or your country leaders. Our opening text talks about spiritual leaders especially the one who pastors you. God says even till now that " _Jer.3.15 And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding. (KJV)_. God has given you a pastor sent from God specifically to you. There's a huge difference between your pastor and a pastor.

The word pastor means a shepherd or one who feeds and cares for the sheep. That's why the scripture above names a pastor's primary assignment which is " _which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding_ ". Meaning that your pastor is the one who feeds you spiritual knowledge and understanding of God's Word. There's a difference between your pastor and the pastor of your congregation.

Your pastor is one who's revelation you go for, who's teaching you get, one who prays and spiritually and phisically care for you. One you are free to express yourself when you face challenges or even you have errored. And above all it is one who labours for you in Word and doctrine. You are to pray for and keep in high esteem such a person in your life " _1Tim.5.17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. (KJV)_".

Though your pastor's reward is in heaven, do not neglect them, always acknowledge the fact that they are also experiencing the human life too just like any other Christian, and they too have the human side, they get tired, feel pain, get hungry and also overwhelmed at some certain situations and they also have their shortcomings at times this is because every person is God's work in progress the moment a person reaches the full maturity or stature of Christ, he will be taken up fo heaven.

So if you don't pray for the pastor God has sent to your, number one, his grace and anointing won't work for you and in many cases the pastor too becomes vulnerable to some spirit because his flocks are not interceding for you, before the adversary reaches you, he starts with your cover which is your pastor, if your cover isn't fortified enough, you are doomed. Pastors are mostly victimized than their spiritual children because they have their own personal struggles plus yours.

That's why 90% of heart attacks victims are Pastors. Always remember him or her in your prayers and always appreciate their work in your life, they are not motivated by salary but by the Spirit of God. Learn how to celebrate them, seek for opportunities to appreciate them, till today i go to appreciate the pastor who led me to Christ. I always thank God for him and I do thank him mostly. He led to Christ about 16yers ago yet i do appreciate him till today.

Do not make a mistake of being impacted by another and give credit to another, it's spiritual immaturity to do so and it blocks many doors from opening for you. God wants you to be trained in this area. Aroan and hur should be your example scripture says "_Exod.17.12 But Moses' hands were heavy; and they took a stone, and put it under him, and he sat thereon; and Aaron and Hur stayed up his hands, the one on the one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. (KJV)_". Seek for opportunities to be such a one to the pastor God has sent you.

*PRAYER*

Heavenly father, thank you for your Word which is truth and for your Spirit which guides me in all truth. Thank you for my pastor, always increase grace on his/her life for greater works. And may I never be familiar with those you have sent to be kept in honour by me. And the anointing you placed on the one who labours in the Word and doctrine of me, is working for me and give me a heart to be a channel of hope to them to, in the name of the lord Jesus Christ Ameni.

*BE THOU PERFECT*

📖 . _Gen.17.1 - And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect_ .

There's a trending word which non believers usually say especially when they want to portray their humbleness, you will hear them say "No one is perfect" it is true to them but sadly, believers to have endorsed this pagan doctrine and it is preached on the alter of righteousness. believers are separate and totally different from nonbelievers. Nonbelievers for as long as they remain with their unbelief in Christ are forever dooned and can never be right among themselves and before God.

The lord Jesus said " _John.3.18 - He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. "John.3.19 - And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil_" . The lord Jesus here was showing a distinct that is between believers and the nonbelievers.

He that believes in Christ Jesus is justified and he that has rejected him is forever condemned already and such a one will never come to perfection regardless of his genuine effort. But to a believer He said " _Col.2.10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: (KJV)". The word complete is the same as perfect, so the scripture implies that a believer is perfect the moment he enters in Christ at the new birth.

It is not the works that perfects, it is the faith that does it. Your spirit received the nature and the life of Christ the moment you allowed Him to reign and reside in it. The life which is the nature of God comes along with Christ's perfection because Christ He is God's perfection that's why when one stand before God and is having Christ within, God sees Christ perfection and He is pleased because God is only pleased in and by Christ " _Matt.3.17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (KJV)_ ".

If this is true, then why is our opening scripture says "be thou perfect"? If you carefully study the content, it's as though God is evangelizing to Abraham because He said "_I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect_". He can't come with such a message to a believer, being perfect in this context it is to walk before Him. A man who has received eternal life within him and begins to live by it is one who scripture says he walks before the lord and is perfect.

Does the phrase "Be thou perfect" does not apply to a believer, well it does to a baby Christian. For example a new born baby is a full and perfect humanbeing but not in the context of growth. Though a baby is a full human being, it doesn't Walk, it may not talk like an adult, it may need to crow on the floor or carried away it is to move from one place to another but as time passes, it will be trained to do what adults do. So it is with a baby Christian he is born perfect at a new birth but will need some time to be trained on how to Walk in perfection.

Being perfect to a believer is to align with what God has made him and ordained him to be. When a believer is synchronized with the Spirit of God in fellowship and through constant meditation of the Word, he is automatically natured to align to what God has made him. So God is telling you to be perfect not because you are not, He is telling you to take up your place of perfection if you are working in error. Scripture says " _
2Pet.3.14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless. (KJV)_ ". Being in peace is to be saved, without spot is spiritual growth, blameless is spiritual effectiveness.

*PRAYER*

Heavenly father thank you for your perfect nature you've planted in my being. And as I get more synchronized with your HolySpirit, I'm confirming to the holy nature of Christ and it is expressed through my words, character, dresseing and in all my actions through the name of the Lord Jesus Christ Ameni.

*BE UNIQUE*

📖 . _2Kgs.18.5 He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him. (KJV)_.

After David, there came many of his children that reigned as kings in Isreal in his place. After david we see different characters which were great, kings like Solomon, and many of them fell, because they did not follow the path of david their father. Before their fall, you will find something in common recorded about them all, something like" _2Kgs.16.2 Twenty years old was Ahaz when he began to reign, and reigned sixteen years in Jerusalem, and did not that which was right in the sight of the LORD his God, like David his father. (KJV)_".

Solomon started well with God to a point were God blessed with wisdom which He never gave any of the kings but he fell at some point, he too did wicked things in the sight of the lord, Solomon and all of the fallen kings from David's lineage fell when they turned against God by worshipping other gods. They putted their trust in something else, therefore the kingdom declined, scripture says " _Isa.42.17 They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye are our gods. (KJV)_".

This became a pattern to the kings of Israel, until one emeged from David's root, our opening scripture records that he trusted in God, scripture says " _2Kgs.18.3 And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father did. (KJV)_". He went in to destroy the idol which the previous kings worshiped and trust even by all the people " _2Kgs.18.4 He removed the high places, and brake the images, and cut down the groves, and brake in pieces the brasen serpent that Moses had made: for unto those days the children of Israel did burn incense to it: and he called it Nehushtan. (KJV)_".

He was just about 25years of age when he started reigning but because he trusted God above all what the people said the former kings trusted in. Our opening scripture reveals that " _He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him_ ". Have you observed that it is his trust in the lord that made him unique and prosperous more than any other king in Israel and Judah?

You can't be on the same level with a person who's trust is in anything aside from God. Scripture says " _Ps.20.7 Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the LORD our God. (NIV)_ ". And this is because he that trust in the horse or chariot can never run faster than he who is walking or clowing yet his trust is in the lord.

Scripture declares in God's sovereignty that " _Rom.10.11 Scripture reassures us, "No one who trusts God like this--heart and soul--will ever regret it." (MSB)_ ". The word regret in the king James is returning ashamed, meaning that shame is for those who trust in vanity but to you a believer, your expectations shall never be cut short.

Trust Him for your marriage, believing that He has appointed a time for your settlement not because you are handsome or beautiful but because He is gracious to you. Trust him for your healing and regardless the pain, praise him for it. Trust Him for your finacial breakthrough, He has opened a door already for you. Trust God for your fruit of the womb, trust Him for your promotion and you won't be disappointed it pays greatly to put your trust in Him.

*CONFESSIONS*

My trust is in my God the creater of the heaven and earth. He who sent me to this world is making it possible for me to eat the best of it all. He holds me right on His palm and He thunders it to all my enemies that do not touch my anointed one. All things shall eternally work together for my good because my trust is in Christ alone. Hallelujah!
