Today's morning devotion

📖 *Genesis 18 v 14* 📖
Is there anything too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return to you, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

🔹 *MESSAGE:*
*"NO CASE IS HOPELESS"*

▪️And Jesus looking upon them said, *"With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible."*
(Mark 10 v 27)

▪️ No matter what anybody has said about the negative situations that might exist in your life, your case is not hopeless.

▪️When men say that a case is hopeless, it is because they have not met the God who turns hopeless cases around.

▪️ Elisabeth's barrenness seemed to be a hopeless case until God sent His angel to speak with her husband, Zechariah (Luke 1 v 5-25).

▪️If the world has called you barren and labelled your situation hopeless, in the name that is above every other name, the Lord will visit you and change your story.

▪️If you have been weeping in sorrow, you will now weep for joy, in Jesus' name. Don't give up; put your trust firmly in God.

Morning Devotion

Numbers 23:19"God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent; Has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

God is unchangeable, he is not like men who break promises, lie, modify plans, twist the truth, distort facts. Our God is perfect and trustworthy in all his ways and thoughts.
God's counsel is steadfast, his promises are true, his word is dependable and it will remain forever.
We should know that whatever he has said in his word shall come to pass over our lives. He has set out his plan for mankind within the Scriptures. God's promises for his children are certainly sure. His word is trustworthy for he has placed his word above his holy name.

The word of God in the book of Mathew 24:35 states Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will not pass away." The Lord is true to His Word, despite the nation of Israel being disobedient, the Lord fulfilled his promise of giving them the land of milk and honey. The Lord in the book of psalms says "I have sworn by My holiness and I will not lie to my servant David." He is a faithful God Who will stand firm to the very end of time.
Despite our instabilities and uncertainties and in spite of our faults and failings, the Word of the Lord is sure, His decrees are unalterable, and all His promises are all 'yes' and 'amen' in Christ Jesus our Saviour.

Let us come to a point where we can take the word of God seriously then we will see his promises being fulfilled over our lives.

THEME: THE WALLS OF JERICHO MUST FALL
TITLE: AM ONE OF THEM

Joshua 6:17-25
- Jericho was a city which was self sufficient meaning it had good land, soil, water.
- The walls of Jericho were built because;
* They wanted to protect what they had
* It was acting as a protection from the attacks of their enemies

- When the isrealites wanted to attack the city of Jericho, they sent spies.
- The people of Jericho knew that there city was invaded
- The people of Jericho started looking for the spies that had invaded there city
- So the spies found Rahab the pr******te and asked her to hid them in her house
- When the spies where about to leave Jericho, Rahab recognised that she wasn't different from the people of Jericho
- The people of Jericho used to live in sin and Rahab was a pr******te
- She asked for one request that is to be spared with her family when the time comes for the City of Jericho to be attacked
- When the walls of Jericho were destroyed Rahab and her family were spared.
- Rahab the pr******te is in the linage of Jesus Christ.
- When God wants to elevate you, He will destroy the human system that you depend on.
- Jericho had a system, they depended on the walls,fertile land, good water, good soil.
- Rahab depended on Jericho's system.
-When God wants to elevate you he will first of all destroy the human system that you are used to in order for him to manifest his power in your life

- We are all coming from different backgrounds full of curses, full of systems Therefore our cry should be for God to Remember us
- Some people depend on their jobs, wealth, marriages, witch doctors etc
- If God isn't involved in our lives then whatever that we depend on is useless
- Just like Rahab depended upon the broken system of Jericho and she cried for mercy from the spies, we also depend upon the broken system of this world
- Our duty is to cry for Mercy from our God so that we can also be spared from the eternal Judgment

[17]Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

1 John 1:8
[8]If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

- Be imitators of Christ.

1 John 1:9
[9]If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

- Forget the past

James 4:8
[8]Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

- Grow in the things of God.

- Adapt in the things of God.

Today's morning devotion

📖 *Daniel 2 v 21* 📖
And He changes the times and the seasons: He removes kings, and sets up kings: He gives wisdom to the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding:

MESSAGE
"Your Time Is In God's Hand"

▪️God is not limited by time at all; He can speed up time or reverse it as He pleases.

▪️God holds times and seasons in His hands, and He can change them however He pleases (Daniel 2 v 21). If men say it is over for you, ignore them.

▪️God is the only One who has the final say in your life; He is Alpha and Omega (Revelation 1 v 8).

▪️When men said it was over for Abraham and Sarah, God reversed the time and caused them to laugh (Genesis 21 v 6-7).

▪️Even when Lazarus' sisters thought that he was dead and gone, Jesus came and announced, "I am the resurrection and the life" (John 11 v 25).

▪️When God visits a person, He restores any wasted years that might exist in his or her life. As long as you are alive and God is your Father, your time is not gone.

▪️Your times are in God's hands, and if He hasn't said it is over, who are you to say that your time has passed? Confess God's word and not your present reality.

▪️Only God has the right to close your case, and since you are still alive, it means that He hasn't closed it, and He still has a lot in store for you.

▪️As long as you are still alive, God can control times and seasons to favour you.

The women at Life Changing Christian Centre PAOGZ on 27th July 2025 participated in the "back to school program" to encourage the young girls and the women to go back to School and become who they want to be.
