AFSF - UNZA SUNDAY SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS
8th March 2026
=================================

On Sunday, 8th March 2026, the Apostolic Faith Church held the opening of its Sunday services at the University of Zambia Chapel (UNZA). The gathering was attended by a total of 25 people, including members and visitors from the Church Headquarters (HQ) who came to support and encourage the fellowship.
The service began with prayers and praise, dedicating the meeting and the new phase of Sunday services to God. The atmosphere was warm and spiritually uplifting as members and visitors came together in fellowship and worship.

During the lesson session, the main topic discussed was “ *Heart* .” By Sis. Mate.C. The teaching emphasized that God is the only one who truly knows and understands the human heart. While people can see outward actions, only God can fully examine the inner thoughts, motives, and intentions of a person.
Biblical examples were used to illustrate this truth. One of the examples discussed was Saul, who at one point walked with God and experienced a transformation of heart. According to the scriptures, when the Spirit of God came upon him, his heart was changed and he even prophesied, showing how God can transform a person inwardly when they submit themselves to Him.

The lesson also focused on what it means to seek and search for the Lord. Members were reminded that seeking God requires sincerity, humility, and a genuine desire to know Him. Searching for the Lord involves prayer, studying the Word of God, and living in obedience to His teachings. When a person seeks God with all their heart, they draw closer to Him and allow Him to shape their character and life.

The Devotion Service, led by Brother B. Kabunda, focused on the theme “Are You Saved?” Members were encouraged to examine their hearts and reflect on their personal salvation, emphasizing that being saved is a must for every believer. The devotion highlighted the importance of living faithfully, staying spiritually alert, and maintaining a close relationship with God through prayer, obedience, and wholehearted devotion.

The service concluded with prayers and words of encouragement.
