As we continue to celebrate our Global Youth Week, A visit to Malaika Safehouse today provided valuable insights on health awareness, including the importance of knowing one's health status, understanding our blood group, blood pressure, recognizing symptoms such as headaches, dizziness and fatigue and preventing it through lifestyle changes such as balanced diet, regular exercise and stress management, Ultimately empowering us to become heathy and thriving Youths in the society!
