VERSE
Job 23:10-11 (KJV) But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined.

INSPIRATION
"In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6) God has shown us the path to everlasting life, and in His mercy, He has trusted us to follow it. We are most privileged because we have a divine friend in heaven that loves us and created both heaven and earth. If the path is not clear or we are not strong enough to walk, be assured, God shall carry us. It will be His footsteps that we see, and the path to light shall be clearer with time."

PRAYER
I know that I am not alone with You. My body will fail me eventually, but my heart and spirit will always live with You, my Lord. How blessed are we to have what we surely do not deserve? Thank you for showing me the path to righteousness, and renew my spirit so that I can follow You more closely. Forgive me for my sins, too many to be named, for I am weak, and I pray that You give me improved virtue in the future. Through You all things are possible. In Your name I pray, Amen.

She said she felt Jesus' love and wanted to accept Him as her Savior. We can use our gifts to serve others, not for our own gain, but for the gospel."

PRAYER
Dear Jesus, we are so grateful for the chances to serve You and to demonstrate Your love to others. We thank You for these blessings. Amen.

DEVOTION
God is greater than our understanding. He calls us to serve Him and carry out His will. Remember His love and grace, and seek Him in prayer. Are you ready to answer His call?

PRAYER
Father God, forgive us for not always recognizing You as the highest power in our lives. Help us to stay open to Your call and to be in the right place to hear it. Remind us of all You have done for us, so that You will always be the Lord of our lives. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
