14-05-2026 A word and prayer for You

Psalm 27:10 reminds us that even when people fail us or abandon us, God never leaves us. His love is constant, His arms are always open, and He faithfully receives His children. In moments of loneliness, rejection, or disappointment, we can rest in the assurance that the Lord cares deeply for us.

Though my father and mother forsake me, the Lord will receive me. Psalm 27:10

Prayer
Father, thank You that Your love for me never changes. Even when people disappoint me, You remain faithful and near. Help me to trust in Your acceptance, care, and unfailing presence. Strengthen my heart and remind me that I belong to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The Secret of Grace It’s Not About the Effort, It’s About the Access

​Many people view "Grace" as a passive concept something that just happens to you. But the secret of grace upon a man’s life is that it functions as a divine equalizer. It bridges the gap between human limitation and heavenly requirement.

​The secret isn’t working harder to earn it; the secret is humility in the presence of God. Grace doesn’t flow to the person who claims they have it all figured out; it flows to the heart that admits its need.

​"But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: 'God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.'"

James 4:6 (NIV)

​Why Grace Changes Everything ​It Supplements Your Weakness Where your talent ends, Grace takes over. ​It Provides Unmerited
Access It opens doors that your resume or background couldn't unlock. ​It Sustains in the Storm It isn't just the power to succeed; it’s the strength to endure when things get tough.

​Today’s Reflection

​Grace is the "unfair advantage" of the believer. It is the oil that removes the friction from your labor. If you feel like you are hitting a wall, stop pushing with your own strength and position yourself in humility.

​Remember You don't have to be perfect to be graced; you just have to be available.

“He gives power to the weak, and to those who have no might He increases strength.” — Isaiah 40:29

There are moments in life when we feel tired, drained, and unable to continue. Sometimes the burdens are heavy, the battles are long, and our own strength is not enough. But Isaiah 40:29 reminds us of a beautiful truth: God gives power to the weak. He does not wait for us to be strong before He helps us. He comes to us in our weakness and fills us with His strength.

When you feel empty, God is full. When you feel powerless, God is mighty. What you lack today, His grace can supply. Your weakness is not the end of your story—it is the place where His power can begin to shine.

Do not give up because you feel weak. Lift your eyes to the Lord. He is ready to renew, restore, and strengthen you for every step ahead.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You that when I am weak, You are strong. Today I bring You my tired heart and weary soul. Fill me with Your power and renew my strength. Help me not to rely on myself, but to trust in You completely. Give me grace for today and strength for tomorrow. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
