John 4:24
God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.

worship> showing Reverence or Adoration to something important.
GOD IS IMPORTANT

Worship is not about showing facial emotions or expressing worship
But True worship is based on

1. Acknowledging that God is powerful.

2. Giving service to the house of God( teaching the word of God, singing, cleaning etc)

3. Obedience, God values obedience than sacrifice.

4. Spirit and Truth.-ROMANS 12 :1
Offer yourself as a living sacrifice to God ,dedicated to to his service and pleasing to him,Avoid sin at all cost for it limits you to be genuine

This is the Worship that God requires in our lifestyle.
As we worship we must focus and channel our hearts and minds to God.
That is the TRUE WORSHIP.

Abram fell facedown, and God said to him, As for me, this is my covenant with you: You will be the father of many nations. No longer will you be called Abram; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations.

I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you.
