3 don't accuse or criticize.
4 put yourself in the other person's place.
5 offer help and encouragement.
The best comforters are those who know something about personal suffering.
Some people are miserable comforters.
In every suffering and pain don't be afraid that God has abandoned you, appeal directly to God and Jesus christ who intercedes on our behalf,
