To the Woman We Are Becoming… 🤍🌱

One of the most emotional moments of Crafted to Create: Her Hands, Her Harvest invited us to pause and sit with a version of ourselves we often leave behind.

Our younger selves.

The girls who dreamed without limits.
The girls who believed anything was possible.
The girls who imagined a future filled with purpose, joy, impact, and possibility.

For a moment, we revisited those dreams. We reflected on the journey that brought us here, the victories we celebrate, the disappointments we’ve carried, and the expectations that life has reshaped along the way.

There were tears.
There was laughter.
There was healing.

And then came the challenge.

To write a commitment letter to the woman we are becoming.

Not the woman the world expects us to be.
Not the woman comparison tells us we should be.
But the woman we are intentionally growing into.

The session reminded us of a truth many of us needed to hear:

You are not behind.

Your timeline is not broken.

Your dreams have not expired.

A delayed season is not a denied destiny.

There is still time to build.
There is still time to begin again.
There is still time to pursue what has been placed on your heart.

The woman you dreamed of becoming is not out of reach. She is being shaped, refined, and prepared with every step of your journey.

And perhaps the greatest commitment we can make is to keep showing up for her.

One decision.
One act of courage.
One step of faith at a time. 🤍

Open When… 🤍✨

At Crafted to Create: Her Hands, Her Harvest, every woman was randomly paired with another woman in the room and given a simple but meaningful assignment: write a note that could be opened in a future moment of need.

Open when you’re sad.
Open when you’re discouraged.
Open when you’re doubting yourself.
Open when you need a reminder of your strength.
Open when you need hope.

Women who had entered the room as strangers took time to speak life, encouragement, and truth into one another through handwritten words.

But the experience didn’t end there.

Each woman then sashed her partner as a symbol of something deeper: that we are called to lift one another up, celebrate one another, and remind each other of who we are.

In a world that often tells women they must compete for space, this moment reminded us that there is room for all of us to shine.

When one woman rises, we all rise.
When one woman is encouraged, we all grow stronger.
When one woman is seen, valued, and celebrated, the entire community benefits.

The sash was more than an accessory. It was a declaration that no woman should walk alone and no woman should be left behind.

Because we were never created to dim another woman’s light in order to make our own shine brighter.

We were created to shine together. ✨

We Were Never Created to Build Alone. 🎨✨

At Crafted to Create: Her Hands, Her Harvest, each table was given a blank canvas and just five minutes to create something together.

Five minutes.
One canvas.
Many hands.

What seemed like a simple activity quickly became one of the most powerful illustrations of the day.

Every group approached the challenge differently. Some started with a vision, others with a plan, and some simply began creating. Yet every canvas reflected the beauty that emerges when people contribute their unique gifts toward a shared purpose.

The lesson was clear:

Great things are rarely built alone.

Purpose thrives in community.
Vision grows through collaboration.
Ideas become reality when many hands work together.

No single person carried the entire responsibility of creating the masterpiece. Each contribution mattered. Each perspective added value. Each hand played a role.

In a world that often celebrates individual achievement, this experience reminded us that some of life’s greatest harvests are the result of collective effort.

Because we were never created to build alone.

Some events end when the chairs are packed away and the lights go off.

This wasn’t one of them.

Crafted to Create: Her Hands, Her Harvest left something behind in every woman who walked through those doors. It left conversations that will linger, lessons that will be carried forward, dreams that were awakened, and reminders that what God has placed in our hands matters.

For months, this event lived in planning documents, voice notes, prayers, meetings, and countless little details. Then, for a few beautiful hours, we got to watch it come alive.

And what a harvest it was.

A room full of women choosing growth. Choosing purpose. Choosing to create despite fear, uncertainty, or limitation. A room full of stories, wisdom, laughter, tears, and the undeniable presence of God.

As I scroll through these highlights, I don’t just see photographs. I see answered prayers. I see courage. I see community. I see women being reminded that their hands were never empty. They were always carrying seeds.

Thank you to every woman who showed up, served, shared, supported, and believed in this vision.

The day may be over, but the harvest is only beginning. 🌾🤍
