The greatest thing I did for them was to Show them Christ.
Ephesians 5:25-30 AMPC
[25] Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her, [26] So that He might sanctify her, having cleansed her by the washing of water with the Word, [27] That He might present the church to Himself in glorious splendor, without spot or wrinkle or any such things [that she might be holy and faultless]. [28] Even so husbands should love their wives as [being in a sense] their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself. [29] For no man ever hated his own flesh, but nourishes and carefully protects and cherishes it, as Christ does the church, [30] Because we are members (parts) of His body.
Colossians 3:21 AMPC
[21] Fathers, do not provoke or irritate or fret your children [do not be hard on them or harass them], lest they become discouraged and sullen and morose and feel inferior and frustrated. [Do not break their spirit.]
Proverbs 31:12-18 AMPC
[12] She comforts, encourages, and does him only good as long as there is life within her. [13] She seeks out wool and flax and works with willing hands [to develop it]. [14] She is like the merchant ships loaded with foodstuffs; she brings her household's food from a far [country]. [15] She rises while it is yet night and gets [spiritual] food for her household and assigns her maids their tasks.
