But when you root yourself in God’s heart, you become someone who brings His renewing presence into everyday spaces,peace where there’s pressure, compassion where there’s hurt, courage where there’s fear. God is already at work, and He invites you to join Him.

1. Drink plenty of water — Sip regularly, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Keeping water nearby makes a huge difference.
2. Stay in the shade — Trees, umbrellas, canopies, or simply the side of a building can help keep your body temperature down.
3. Wear light, loose clothing — Cotton and lighter colours help your skin breathe and stop heat from getting trapped.
4. Cool your space — Close curtains during the hottest part of the day, open windows when it’s cooler, and use fans if you have them.
5. Take breaks and slow down — Heat makes everything harder. Rest often, especially if you’re outside or moving around a lot.
