GOD'S PROTECTION CAN FIND YOU ANYWHERE
"And the child grew, and she brought him unto Pharaoh's daughter, and he became her son." — Exodus 2:10 (KJV)
There are moments in life when it seems like the enemy has the advantage. The circumstances look impossible, the opposition appears stronger, and every door seems closed. Yet the story of Moses reminds us that God's plans are never limited by human obstacles.
Pharaoh had issued a decree to destroy every Hebrew baby boy. It was a season of fear, uncertainty, and pain. But when God has a purpose for a life, no decree, no system, and no enemy can cancel what He has ordained.
Moses was placed in a basket and set among the reeds of the river. To the natural eye, it may have looked like a desperate act. In reality, it was a divine setup. What appeared to be abandonment was actually the beginning of God's protection.
God did not remove Moses from danger immediately. Instead, He preserved him in the middle of it. This teaches us that God's protection does not always mean the absence of trouble; sometimes it means His presence in the midst of it.
The very river that could have become a place of destruction became the pathway to Moses' destiny. God has a way of turning threatening situations into stepping stones toward His purpose.
What is even more remarkable is where Moses was found. He was discovered by Pharaoh's daughter—the daughter of the very ruler who wanted Hebrew boys destroyed. God placed protection for Moses inside the household of the enemy.
This is a powerful reminder that God can open doors in places we never expected. He can use people we never imagined. He can create opportunities in environments that seem completely opposed to us.
The enemy may see your current situation and think he has won. But God sees the ending from the beginning. What looks like defeat today may be the very thing He uses to position you for tomorrow's victory.
God's favor does not need ideal conditions to work. His favor can reach into hostile environments, difficult workplaces, broken situations, and impossible circumstances. His hand is not shortened by what stands against you.
When God decides to preserve a life, He can make a river carry it, a basket protect it, and even an enemy's house nurture it. His power is greater than every obstacle that tries to stand in the way.
The same God who watched over Moses is still watching over His people today. He has not lost control of your situation. He has not forgotten His promises. He is still directing events that you cannot yet see.
You may not understand every detail of your journey right now, but God is working behind the scenes. Every delay, every challenge, and every unexpected turn can become part of His greater plan.
Instead of focusing on the size of the opposition, focus on the greatness of God. The enemy only sees the present moment, but God is orchestrating your future. His purpose for your life remains secure.
Today, trust the God who protected Moses. Trust the God who makes a way where there seems to be no way. Trust the God who can place His favor, provision, and protection in the most unlikely places. What He has spoken over your life, He is faithful to bring to pass.
