An Excerpt of The Sunday message.
Mal 3: 16 - 18, Dan 6: 20
God Shall make a distinction (show you the difference) between the Righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God And the one who doesn't.
Lest the wicked forget that there is God. Because they know that there is God Baichailafye. They choose not to acknowledge God.
King Darius The King of The Chaldeans put 120 Satraps to rule over the whole Kingdom and 3 Governors to be over the 120 Satraps and Daniel was one of the 3 Governors , that was King Darius's Administration.
Daniel distinguished himself above the Governors and Satraps because an excellent Spirit was in him, and because of this the King thought to set him over the whole Kingdom. (Promotion).
This brought Jealous and Spite with the other 2 Governors and the Satraps and together they set up Daniel with a wrong , which led him to be thrown in the Den of Lions.
But The King could not sleep that night, he refused to eat and could not take any form intertainment.
Very Early in the morning the King rushed to the Den of Lions. And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel saying....
" Daniel, Servant of the Living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the Lions?"
To which Daniel affirmed that his God indeed had sent an Angel to shut the mouths of the Lions and they could not eat him.
The King ordered Daniel 's accusers together with their Wives and Children to be thrown into the Lions Den instead. They were a feast for the Lions that day.
Take note that King Darius actually knew that Daniel was the Servant of the Living God, and that he served his God continually. Darius said it,
"Has your God, whom you serve continually been able to deliver you from the Lions?"
Jehovah Sees, Jehovah Knows your labors, He knows your righteousness, The fear of God upon your life, He sees and knows it all.
He says, Now people are going to see that God shows a distinction (difference) between those who fear Him and those who do not, between those who serve Him and those who do not.
Lest The wicked forget that there is God!
