Ourdear brethren in the Lord,
This tragedy befell our Ministry last week. An elder at one of our churches in Mporokoso had his house struck by lightening. By the grace of God Noone died but they sustained burns. A family of five husband and wife included. The wife is pregnant and fears for her unborn baby.
The house was completely burnt with everything in it, food, clothes, bedding, pots, plates, several bags of shelled maize and dry cassava, phones and every other household property.
It happened while they were sleeping and so the children were dragged out naked while the adults barely managed to find something to cover themselves.
They were attended to at a local clinic but some of them will need to go to the hospital.
We record a miracle here. The elder reports that soon after the lightning struck, an extra ordinarily WHITE LIGHT, was present in the room and as he struggled to pick his children who were now in shock, he could see them clearly. This light (just like electricity) lingered on up to when everyone was outside. Then the whole house fell down due to the fire.
To us, Christ himself must have walked in immediately to intervene. He is our God in the Highest (GITH).
