LEARN TO LISTEN BEFORE ANSWERING

Brothers and sisters, behold I show you a mystery; there is power in paying attention to understand a matter before giving a response.
But many people end up ruining their lives and many other things because they speak without reflecting on matters and will literally reply before they hear the end of a subject . If such people ever LISTEN to you while talking , they LISTEN IN ORDER TO REPLY NOT IN ORDER TO UNDERSTAND.
The bible says :
"Answering before listening is both stupid and rude "- Proverbs 18:13 (MSG)
Like I have said over the years, life has no and is not a rehearsal. Train yourself to LISTEN and understand before answering. You will spare yourself many years of damage control and loosing opportunities. Don't talk too much too quickly before listening.
Arising from this, I actually don't appoint leaders who talk too much without listening. I know they will frustrate God's people cause ministry involves paying attention to each individual sheep in the flock. I learnt this when I imagined how God ministers to us by listening to each one of his billions of children . I knew leadership and serving his people will involve a lot of that. This is a lesson for another day.
Back to the subject , train yourself to LISTEN more and understand first before you answer on any matter. The bible says even a fool when he keeps quiet is deemed to be wise. How much more you who keeps quiet in order to understand?
I see you become more wise and managing your listening and speaking abilities in Jesus' name.
