My humble request to the ministry of health, I Know it is important to educate our future medical personnels by exposing them to the working environment such as sending them on attachments through their various institutions but it is so sad to see some of our incoming nurses, midwife etc handling the job that should be handled by those who are trained and certified. Certified medical personnels don't leave the job to those who are been trained, they are not yet ready rather do the job and let them observe. Hospitals must be run by professionalism not the way things are been run in some institutions.

students are not taking matters serious, most of them are hooked in conversation, laughs, jokes, phones, unconcerned attitude
to our ministry of health restrict what students can handle and what they should not handle, I believe in them but not everything should be surrendered to them, please guide on this.
